A little taste of heaven...from the aroma of the grill & spices, to the amazing flavor of the food. There isn’t a single item on the menu you shouldn’t try. The staff is super friendly & hospitable.

My family just left this place and it was amazing real treat! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and the food was AMAZING. We all tried something new and different and were impressed with all of it. The flavors and spices were perfectly balanced and the bread was soooo good! They also have some in house beverages that were quite refreshing. You must try this place out.

Great little place. I'm Peruvian, I had a Lomo Saltado sandwich. It was a great flavor and ok portion for the price. So saucy and juicy I had to eat the sandwich with a for & knife. I will definitely be going there again. Too bad they are only open Sat & Sun.

Absolutely delicious food! We were able to meet the owners and their family while dining in and they are very sweet individuals. The food was prepared fresh to order and delivered fast. The peruvian flavors were amazing. Definitely a quick spot to stop by if you're visiting Indianapolis on the weekends!

I don't leave reviews often but felt compelled to do so for Don Juan V's since my wife and I found this place to be exceptional. Great food, lively atmosphere, and friendly service. The sandwiches were very messy and very delicious. I went through 6 napkins. The Lechon sandwich was the best. 5 stars all the way!

Today I'm was looking for a Cuban sandwich. I'm so happy I did not find one. Instead today was a Peruvian sandwich, made by the owner, V, and it was excellent. The flavors were bursting at the seams. It is not often I will say this but if all Peruvian sandwiches are this good, this flavorful, this exciting, then it makes me desire to travel to Peru. Please stop in and try something special. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first time eating here. We met with some friends who are regulars and love it. The food was delicious, and the service was great. The only complaint I would have is that it's fairly hot inside, at least on the day we were there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

This hidden gem is a must stop if you’re wanting a cultural adventure for your tastebuds! The Chicharrónes Sampler appetizer is our favorite. Yucas fritas & Asado sandwich are good too. Try the Chicha Morada Peruvian drink it’s refreshing. We haven’t had anything here we haven’t liked so far. The owner cooks, his son or wife help at the register. The bread is baked onsite. Love supporting small mom n’ pop shops.

The staff was incredible and our food was amazing! We shared the Chicharron sampler. Then I got the Don Juan sandwich it was huge! I could only eat half of one half. I do agree that the bun could be a little bigger. Or maybe a second one offered on the side. Kyle had the Asda sandwich, he said it was great as well. We always let each other try what we order, even if it's just one bite. He was down to his last bite when I asked, are you not sharing today? We both laughed and he said sorry, there's a little piece left in the bowl if you want to taste it. It was really good as well! As far as alcohol drinks, they only have beer. This is something they could expand on, even if it's just wine. However they do offer a purple drink ( I can't remember the name of it ) that was delicious as well. Thank you for great food, great service and a nice evening! Malisha & Kyle

I don’t give places 5 stars, but this one, this one is a diamond in the rough ya’ll. Authentic as it gets and a MUST and I mean A MUST try. You are missing out if you don’t. The Chicharron Sampler was amazing and the yucca fritas are a great appetizer to an amazing meal. Y’all this place, I can’t even.

We got food to go and it was delicious. Surprised we didn’t know about it and it’s about 5 minutes away. Please go to experience the food for yourself. The vegetarian sandwich was the best with sweet potatoes and the Don Juan chicken sandwich was a huge tenderloin. Prices make sense for how much food you get. Experience it for yourself!!!

Fantastic food! The sandwiches are delicious and fresh. Highly recommend the asado sandwich. Large portions and great prices for what you get. Would definitely return.
