Total hidden treasure. The bottomless mimosa specials make our topsy turvy world right again, if just for a brief moment.
The Trillium croissant is life changing and the brûlée citrus is a delicious work of art! All the sides are fabulous and the omelettes are phenomenal. I’ve not had the crepes but my crew raves about them.
Great coffee too...bad coffee is a total deal breaker for me no matter how good the food is.
My only suggestion is adding toast to the menu. Breakfast requires toast!
If you haven't been to The Gallery and you live in Indianapolis, do you really live in Indy? Probably not, I'd recommend heading there right now, best pastries, best brunch, and best atmosphere anywhere! Thank you Ben and Allison for the amazing time!
So have I been to the Gallery Pastry Bar downtown and it was nice however I was underwhelmed by Breakfast with Tiffany Hash but that was a couple years ago. I’m very glad I came to this location this time around 😄 I got the Sticky Chicken and Waffles. So delicious!! I’m in love with the black garlic sauce on the wings and the croissant waffle was rich, light and flaky! The slaw on the side was nice if anything I wish it was bit more pickled but it worked well with the garlic sauce. I also wish I had a wet nap tho to clean my hands but at the same time I didn’t mind licking sauce from my fingers 😂. My mom got the Breakfast at Tiffany’s crepe with a side of eggs and she loved it! We split an opera cake from the dessert case and enjoyed that too if you like chocolate and espresso flavors then go for it. 😊 Also our server was great and super helpful with helping me pick out a dessert. I’m looking forward to coming back hopefully on their Ramen and Wing night!
This is my 2nd Gallery Pastry branch that I tried and Gallery Pastry doesn’t fall short of standards because it ambience, pastries, food and service. It’s 5/5.
The coffee is Lavazza, as always stellar and the pastries are just bomb! Pillow was such a swoon worthy, decadent chocolate and hazelnut combo that I was left licking my spoon for the last bits.
We enjoyed a good 2 hours and they do have a 2 hour cap for dining considering how busy Gallery Pastry gets.
Samantha our server was prompt, courteous and gave us just the right amount of time to ensure we took time to order, enjoyed our coffee and then ordered food and pastries.
Gallery REQUIRES reservations and they have a pretty robust system which I loved. I do not prefer waiting and I could see the seating arrangement which was cool.
Parking is decent behind Gallery pastry and they have a very lovely outdoor area which is so classy and insta worthy in summer.
Feedback for the menu. It’s so confusing and so full or bacon in every dish, I had to ask no bacon so I could enjoy my shrimp and grits. The menu is confusing to go over. And the overall bill for 1 person came up to $40 which is pretty steep. I had a great time nevertheless calling it out cause many may find it steep.
Great food, cool atmosphere, and the service was wonderful. Had the scallop pasta and would recommend it to anyone. The sidecar drink was very nice and I really enjoyed finishing the meal off with a lavender croissant and cappuccino. Will definitely be back.
First setting outside is picnic tables. Dress appropriately. I tried so many thing. Sticky wings, yum. Crepes sweet and savory fantastic. I'm not a brie fan, but my friend loved the croissant and barata. Steak and eggs are basic but really good. The crepe with Chantilly cream and marmalade ate two. Lemon Drop loved. Waitress was a doll. She had great recommendations and checked in often.
What let me down were the grits and corn salsa. Bland all around. Now, they were cooked to a perfect texture but no flavor at all.
I will say my experience was wonderful for our Sunday brunch. Parking across the street not bad.
I’ve never been to a Gallery location that disappointed. The moment you walk in, you know you’re in good hands. The staff energy, the ambiance and vibe, and kitchen aromas all hit you when your foot steps in the door. Expect to pay $6-7 for a delicious latte, $10-17 for a filling entrée, and whatever dessert your belly has room for!
Delicious and phenomenal! We had a great time! The staff was really nice and happy. The prices were high, but not too bad. We went there for a late breakfast…very high end/gourmet. Loved it! The atmosphere is creative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend and we will be back.
We had a lovely experience at Gallery! Joshua! You're a rockstar! Thank you for being the most gracious host. The food here is superb and definitely made with love. The specialty coffees are so delish. I recommend the peach lavender latte. It pairs perfect with the croissant.
Must-haves are the wings and the brulée trillium.
This was one of the best meals we have had in Indy! We really loved the food, drinks, service and atmosphere. We ordered the blood orange lemonade, bone in pork chops, and the crème brûlée crepes. We loved everything about the pork chops and is a “must try” entree. The sauce Espagñol was incredibly flavorful and the perfect compliment to the pork chop. Even the sides were delicious…grilled broccolini, multicolored baby carrots, and the buttery garlic mashed potatoes. The crème brûlée crepe was the perfect ending to a fabulous meal. Not too sweet, satisfying crack of the brûléed sugar and creaminess balanced out with the orange citrus sauce. And our server, Gail, was so friendly and pleasant. We are going to try brunch next. Highly recommend!!!
If you are looking for a delicious place for dinner , THIS is the place ! The service was outstanding, and our server Gale took awesome care of us ! Gale recommended the bone-in pork chop, truffle mashed potatoes, grilled broccolini, baby carrots. We both ordered it and OMG that dish was out of this world! The pork chop ticked all of the right boxes and was, without any question, the BEST meal we have had in a really long time ! Although we were stuffed , we HAD to make room for dessert. Of course , we cleaned our plates . We are already scanning the menu for their lunch/brunch options. We just want to try everything ! The ambience and vibe at this place is incredible , the service was impeccable, and Gale was simply a joy to have ! I cannot stop thinking about this experience and cannot wait to come back! I would give them a million stars. Thank you Gale for taking such great care of us, and to those who prepared our food, thank you - it was phenomenal; simply delicious !
Was super excited to try this new location and it did not disappoint! I sat in the bar area, but the dining room and outdoor areas also were so charming. Did a menu tour for some of the new items and would HIGHLY recommend the savory croissant fritters, such a creative spin. The chicken shawarma kabob dinner was certainly a hidden gem...I could eat the sauce on its own! Definitely ask for staff recommendations if you're on the fence, they won't steer you wrong.
