There was a line of cars but they moved along well. One person directed the traffic, one took our name and order, and another delivered our food. We had a large order and part of the order was missing. We called and went back and the item was provided. Food was good. Nuggets were crispy. They provided the requested sauces. Good experience.

Such a busy chick-fil-a but man, the people are so nice and do a great job handling the busy! And they have complimentary mouth wash in the bathroom! Fresh breath after an amazing meal!

Have gotten food from here well over 100 time's. Have never been shorted food. Have been given a extra fry or nugget. Food is always hot and fresh.

It’s Chick-Fil-A great food and super polite people every time! I hadn’t had it in a while but the wife wanted it for lunch so I stopped and got her some grub and it was so refreshing to just have good customer service.

We did drive-up at 9:30 in the morning and the drive-up was packed! Be sure you order ahead if going to the Southport Chick-fil-A! Food was great as always!

Always busy, but line moves fast. Staff are always really friendly. It's what you expect from a good Chick-fil-A. They probably need another one in the area.

I like this place. Have trust in how they do business and where their food is sourced from. Always fun stuff on the app, seems like I'm always offered a new item for free. Don't let the line intimidate you, they are super fast, and I never have to check it before driving off, they are on point every time.

one of the most stressful drive throughs you can go through. there's two lanes and everything is extremely tight with exactly a cars worth of room in each lane, you have to keep moving and there's always workers walking around the cars which adds onto the stress, the customer service and food is great but going through the drive through almost makes it not worth it

Great Chick-fil-A with a unique drive-through here. The team is friendly and very efficient. Most Chick-fil-A locations get slammed, and service during those periods can falter a bit, understandably so. This location doesn't really suffer from that. Every order is fresh and piping hot, so if you don't like warm food, give it some time to cool down before digging in. Awesome place that I visit routinely.
Side Note: they have a sliding door at the drive-through. No windows! Making handing off food way more convenient! Something all fast food places should adopt!

Service is Always 11 out of 10. Fast food with service better than nearly any restaurant I have seen.
My children were sitting at the center bench by themselves, and the server? asked my 5 year old if there was anything she needed! Who does that? Absolutely incredible service!!!
This service is beyond anything I have EVER seen. I can't praise this Chikfila enough.
