Good music. Nice staff. Good food. Love that it wasn't too salty! Service was a little slow, but that helped me slow down. Overall great experience. Sat outside and didn't need any facilities inside, so I don't know what it was like. Ordered the au jus sandwich with sweat potato fries and horsey sauce. Was really good.

We had a wonderful experience at George's last night. We hosted a party of 20 people in one of their (beautiful) private rooms. We had two excellent services, and the food was delicious. The owner even came to see us to insure that we were having a good experience in his restaurant. Highly recommend!

Celebrated my father in laws recent birthday. I have heard folks talk about this establishment for years, but until recently, I had never visited. I had the French dip, which was honestly the best that I've ever had. Portions were ample. The service was OUTSTANDING. I believe his name is Murphy. He was engaging, polite, and knowledgeable. Guess what else? He prebussed our table. This has become a rarity in the past few years. Many servers will do the basics, and my tip will reflect your efforts given to my experience at your restaurant. When in the area, I will definitely visit again.

The restaurant used to be one of the only 2 options in the area for a long time. However, even though the area has grown and there are more choices now, this is still the best choice. Patty melt, brisket, fish and chips, salads..... every dish is good! Everybody raves about the black cherry vinaigrette. It is good, but it is very sweet. The overall lighting is dim, but bright over the table so we can see our friends and our dinner. It puts the focus on the whole reason you came! The other tables full of people seem to be almost non-existent. I thought that was really nice! The waitress was there on the spot without hovering, and it was clean. Lovely outdoor patio area if you want to dine outside.
