I was so impressed by the food selection and service! So many gluten free/vegan sushi options that we were in heaven. To top it off the general manager, Stacey Ramsey surprised us with a specialized vegan/gluten free dish. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will be back!
This restaurant has such a great vibe and even better sushi! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a modern spot with sushi that tastes incredibly fresh!
If you're looking for a great sushi restaurant, you won't be disappointed with Blue Sushi Sake Grill. The sushi is super fresh, and there's a large menu selection, so you're sure to find something you'll like. The flavors were fantastic, and the textures were delightful. The atmosphere at Blue Sushi is modern, and the facility is very clean. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. I can't wait to go back.
Wow! What a great experience! Our waitress was amazing and the food is second to none. The staff was attentive, friendly, and seemed like they were enjoying themselves.
The list of different kinds of sushi is extraordinarily extensive. Don't let it overwhelm you.

The quality of the sushi here is impressive. The Tuna Tower not only looks appealing but also delivers on taste. Personally, I adore the crispy tuna for its satisfying crunch with every bite. However, the beef was a bit underwhelming as it tends to get overcooked quickly. The sushi rolls and sashimi offer a delightful combination of freshness and flavor in each bite. Kudos for the good work and keep it up!
Would definitely recommend. The cocktails here are out of this world. Some favorite foods were the tuna tower (a must!), charred edamame, Amazon roll, and Spanish fly roll. We went on a Friday night at dinner time and the sushi took a while so just expect that on weekends.
I recently dined at Blue Sake and Sushi, and I have to say the sushi was delicious, definitely deserving of four stars. However, I was a bit disappointed with their dirty martini; it didn't meet my expectations. Still, the overall experience was pleasant, and I would recommend it for the sushi alone.
I wish I could try the whole menu, the crab rangoon comes with a super tasty mango sauce — we were such a fan. One of my favorite rolls I’ve had is the Hawaiian roll here! The drinks are amazing, especially the espresso martini. And happy hour all day Sunday, they have an entire menu with lower prices.
Great place for sushi in Keystone area. I had Godzilla, Gringo and Baja rolls and they were amazing. Godzilla roll is my favorite.
Fast service and food was amazingly delicious. The fish was very fresh and the meat on the rock just melts in the mouth

I was blown away by my experience at blue Sushi!
I had actually never even tried Sushi before coming here and I decided to expand out and try it. I cannot remember exactly what I got but Everything I got was phenomenal for being my first try! I was genuinely impressed! Our appetizers were also delicious and our waitress was super friendly and accommodating.
Overall, if you’re staying at the Ironworks Hotel, this is another joint I’d recommend! (Same with the next door Daredevil Hall too!)
Stopped in for dinner. The place is good. I had the poke and the Spanish fly roll. The poke was good and had decent flavor with the seaweed wonton. The roll was only OK. The roll was mostly lower grade tuna with minimal spicy tuna flavor and the fish on top of the roll was paper thin. It tasted good, but it was not a 5.
The place seemed more focused on drinks than food, which if that is what you are looking for, this might be a place for you.
