Amazing overall experience. Our waiter was fantastic and did a great job explaining how everything here is from scratch, with an ever changing seasonal menu. We cannot wait to come back and try more offerings from here. My pork chop was superb, the cocktails were so delicious (cannot recommend the Kentucky cobbler enough - so smooth and great flavors), and the carrot cake was a terrific ending to the meal. We did the mussels and frites. A pro tip our waiter had us try was to have the frites separate from the mussels. The dish is amazing but separating them allows you to control how saucy or soggy your fries get especially if you’re slow mussel eater like myself.

Dined at The Northside Social for the first time this evening. Made a reservation online through Open Table. The food was spectacular with generous portions! Service was also wonderful. Would highly recommend the meatball appetizer! Will definitely be back. Support local!

Our dining experience last evening was a most pleasant one, after not visiting this establishment for a number of years. Everything was wonderful. Our server, Jodi, was fabulous! Extremely attentive & wanting us to enjoy the evening under her care. We had a tiny blip - when served our drinks, however, the bartender dropped by to clear up any misunderstanding of what we ordered. Jodi returned with exactly what we requested. The food was delicious!!!! We were delighted Nicole (she & husband are owners) stopped by our table to say hello & chat with one of our friends, who has known them for a number of years. All in all, a fantastic experience - food wise & socially. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Nicole, Jodi & wonderful chefs.

I do a lot of traveling and this is some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. The words fresh, flavorful, indulgent, elegant and conscientious come to mind most when thinking about my visit here last weekend. Went with a group of friends and my aunt who recommended this place. I had a pearsecco (yummmmm) and the beet salad to start and really enjoyed the creamed goat cheese and variety of the beets as well as the presentation. Ordered the Pork chop w cherry compote and risotto for main course. Wowza, the flavors danced the dance of a thousand taste buds as I was in pure food ecstasy. But because I’m hedonistic when it comes to food… we split the bread pudding for dessert - pure pleasure. Oh my! I’m so glad I worked out that day! The server was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was lively with a good mix of adults. I will definitely go back next time I’m in town.

My first visit to The Northside Social was an "Eggscellent" breakfast after a wonderful sunrise worship service with family! I had the "Kitcher Omelette" with a side of bacon. While the house potatoes, and toast with jam were the perfect accompaniments to the meal, I must say the horseradish inside the omelette was unexpected and just the right flavor to make my taste buds sing! My sister had the "Brioche French Toast" and gave it rave reviews! I will definitely go back on my next visit to Indy!!

We had dinner for New Years Eve. Our first time going. We Absolutely enjoyed it. Trendy decor, delicious menu options and stylish seating. The food was scrumptious and the drinks were a+. Great spot and SO glad we found it. We will definitely be back!!

Loved everything about my dining experience at Northside Social. Lovely, friendly staff. Amazing cocktails. DELICIOUS, refined entrees and appetizers. Visiting from the Windy City, this restaurant could contend with any of the establishments in our downtown region. I will have dreams about the Parmesan Chicken dish and that cornbread. I also loved the french rosé martini.

If you havent made your way over to the Northside yet, I'd highly reccomend it, the Northside Social in particular has delicious food with a touch of southern charm!  The service is excellent and the atmosphere is dark and cozy.  Their cuisine is a twist on a some classic southern dishes. We stated with some a fresh summer salad.  Roasted juicy baby beets, sweet strawberries,  tangy balsamic, candied pecans, creamy whipped goat cheese, and fresh frisee come together to create a fresh delicious summer salad.  As well as their buffalo cauliflower wings.  You don't have to be a vegetarian to fall head over heels for this spicy, crispy, tender, creamy concoction!  And my personal favorite was the Mousse Trio.  Think the creamiest most delicious tea sammies you've ever had.  Smoke salmon, deviled egg, and pimento cheese served up with warm toasted bread and tangy picked veg!  TWAIN TIP:  Get extra bread!  They also had what seemed like a decadent sinful breakfast in one small bite!  A fluffy hoecake topped with seared slab bacon, savory bacon jam, tangy pickled green tomatoes, and a sweet honey glaze. Don't forget to get a delicious cocktail or two to go with your startersd!  Like a crisp fresh mule.  Beware though their drinks are strong and tasty, quite a dangerous combination! Their sides are a indulgent series straight out of grandmas cookbook!  All the cheese please!  Northside Social is definately added to my top 5 mac places in Indy!  They have a few choices.  The crispy pork mac n' cheese and the veggie friendly pimento mac n' cheese.  Cheese on cheese on cheese!  Their bacon braised greens were also quite delicious!  Because balance.  But also these greens were delicious, talk about a taste of the south!  They also have some crisp tender asparagus drizzled with a silky, creamy ramp bearnaise. Now for the main event!  The entrees at Northside Social are pretty amazing.  Scrumptious, beautiful, and expertly prepared.  P.S. my fellow foodies are pretty amazing too!  Check out Circle City Supper Club for more foodie coverage!  They have a variety of seafood, chicken, pork, and beef options, as well as a variety of fresh made pastas and veggie eats! We started with the plump smokey shrimp, creamy grits, scrumptious salty greens, and a sprinkle of nuts.  Talk about southern charm!  Next was Pan-Seared Scallops green garlic risotto, glazed carrots, english, snap, snow pea salad, and carrot purée.  This might just be the most gorgeous place you've ever seen?  If Andy Warhol was in the kitchen I'm sure this would be the product!  They also have something similar to a piaya.  Don't let the name fool you, the lowcountry boil is nothing but a high quality dish full of flavor. One of my personal favorites was a sinfully delicious fried chicken paired with a creamy hardy pimento mac & cheese could cause a southern affair!  If you'd prefer your chicken in cream sauce I'd recommend the Parmesan & Herb Crusted Chicken.  This dish feels like home.  Creamy pasta and chicken were a staple growing up for my home, but Northside Social's green chili cream and lemon butter broth takes this to a whole new level! Jerk Braised Lamb.  Please don't pass this one by!  A tender juicy lamb shank, hardy baked beans, and a fresh summer slaw.  This was by far my favorite dish, and I can't wait to go back!  This is southern so we can't forget the ribs!  These smokey sweet peach butter ribs with homemade potato salad will have you salivating for more! And the summer specials are just as charming ! For something on the sweeter side they have a great in house made dessert menu, with a real deal pastry chef!  And the creme de la creme!  Chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream served up in the sweetest little mason jar.  My favorite was a scrumptious moist peach upside down cake with crunchy sweet candied pecans and bourbon caramel sauce was the perfect end to a perfect meal. @twainindy

Everything tasted wonderful. Be sure to get reservations. Staff was friendly and made great recommendations. The only downside was lighting in the bar area which made it hard to read the menu...that, and trying to figure out what to order because it all sounded amazing!

I must admit, I arrived at this location and had thoughts of my grandparents property in Alabama. From the white wooden benches lining the outside to the greenery of the hanging plants, I could only think of comfort. The service here is attentive and honest. Our server recommended the Hollandaise, a bourbon drink not on the menu, but a must have. If you try anything, try the fried chicken. This fried chicken would even make Minny proud and you know Minny don't burn chicken. I have never tasted fried chicken that could live up to my grandma's EVER. The chicken was crispy and yet juicy. Paired with the cheesest mac and cheese I've had in a while, this is the meal for you. At first, I was skeptical of the blandness of the greenbeans but noticed they served as a much needed palette cleanser between bites of the rich chicken and flavorful mac and cheese. I can't wait to visit this place again. Truly comfort food for those missing the south.

Fantastic food, so original and low country style, with a twist (like coconut grits and shrimp!!). The service is just outstanding. Co-worker and I were in town and went here, so delighted.

Buffalo cauliflower is not battered and is air fried, not grease fried - delicious. Cheeseburger was 1/2 lb and really good. One of the best cream cheese frosting carrot cakes I've had in a long time.

Very tasty the European way with a nice balance of flavor. Out of curiosity, I came to taste the oyster entrée with the crispy bacon,which end up being the perfect combination! The pasta mushroom don't need more than veggies which I appreciated. Simple enough to really taste tge HOMEMADE light fresh pasta. Ribeye was good quality meat.

Our second time here with the new chef and menu and were very impressed both times. We had the Triggerfish over roasted veggies with a spicy Spanish shrimp sauce (with actual shrimp) and the Salmon with Brussels sprouts. Both dinners were excellent in flavor, quantity, and presentation. We had a bit of an issue with some burnt sprouts but the manager (Tim) was quick to respond to us and more than fix the problem - above and beyond! With excellent service, a warm and beautiful setting, and outstanding food I highly recommend this long-time Broadripple spot. I would award 4 1/2 stars if it were possible.

In 2013 I did a review and only gave them 2 stars...must have been a bad evening...now I revise my review. I cannot get enough of their delicious food! Hands down, no question...this is the best place in Broad Ripple to eat. It's not frozen Pub food...it's the real deal. Go and enjoy! My personal favorite meal...a side of gourmet mac 'n cheese and roasted asparagus with a glass of red. Can't wait to try the Roasted Veggie Wellington this weekend.

Our absolute #1 most favorite restaurant in Indianapolis. We give our highest rating of satisfaction. Always exceptional service, always well-made cocktails (both classic and innovative), a terrific wine by the glass selection, and always delicious food. Owner Nicole and her staff are top notch. You must go!

From reservation to check, this place was absolutely phenomenal! Ann, our server, was awesome. She was knowledgeable, and engaged with us the entire visit. The food was beyond delicious as well. I will be a regular at this place for sure!

Usually have a great experience, however this time the service was poor and the food was not good, I had the whitefish dinner meal back in may and it was great, had it again yesterday and it was horrible..I’m hoping it was just an off day for them, cause i usually always have fewer experiences at northside social

A little higher than average in price, but worth it! Food was absolutely delicious. Great place for birthday or anniversary dinner! Will come back!

Amosphere pleasant my kind of place with awesome flavorful food and Paul was a fun server he caught on to our begging jokes 🙃😂😍 we celebrated our friends 80th birthday 🎂 coming back with our girl group 💯

Some of the best food and service in Indy! Great ambience as atmosphere. The menu is simple and has options for just about any customer. Look forward to eating there again!
