We celebrated my birthday tonight w family, the menu's even had "Happy 65th Birthday!" printed on them. My scallops were delicious 😋! The birthday brownie was fabulous 👌🏽. Abby, our server was extremely attentive and her service was 👍🏽. My husband was disappointed in his sea bass, it wasn't extraordinary nor the were the brussel sides - thus 4 ☆ on the food. I tasted my father's filet - delicious!! My sis loved her tuna! Apple pie 🥧 scrumptious! We'll go back. Advice for young servers: if your guests have gray hairs - they probably have hearing loss too so help them hear you by speaking at a higher volume. 😉

McCormick & Schmick’s was a great restaurant for dinner. The ambiance was relaxing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I recommend this location for business lunches and dinner’s or a nice night out for a date. I had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon with Sautéed Spinach and mashed potatoes. All was good. To top it off I had the upside down candied glazed walnut apple pie, which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it was SPECTACULAR!!! I am an apple pie fan. Highly recommend.

Service is great. Food was yummy. Steak was ordered medium but delivered medium rare...made great for breakfast the next morning. Clam chowder was wonderful, appetizers didn't disappoint, soft pass on the mashed potatoes...it was something about them.

Wow... SO GOOD!!! 1st time in one. The Swordfish and dipping sauce was awesome. The asparagus was cooked perfect along with the scallop potatoes. But leave LOTS of room for The Chocolate Box. Filed with delicious thick cream and berries. It was great second day also. Big and rich enough to share!

Excellent seafood experience. The chef came out at the end to confirm everything was right. I would define it as on point. Disappointment does not live there.

If you like sea food this is the place to go. Excellent selection and service. Our waitress was professional, friendly, and helpful. Orders came in a timely manner. Place was clean and had nice decor. Food was delicious.

During busy events in Indy, it can be difficult to find an open seat for a good meal. We have found going here and dining in the bar is a great option. Good food, good service.

Good time, first time coming here our reservation was not found in the system it was not an issue they had spots available. Food was good service did a great job trying to explain things to us. We assumed he was newer by his lack of knowledge of things but was able to answer our questions after finding answers for us. We would eat here again.

The candied walnut salad was a sweet surprise. I had the crab and shrimp stuffed salmon which was absolutely fantastic. My husband had the ribeye and it was perfectly cooked. The cheesecake was great and I tried the upside down apple pie and it was fresh from the oven. They served it still warm with a scoop of ice cream and it was a treat. Will definitely return.

Good food. To start I had there McCormick and Schmick's long Island. It was good a little lemony for me and pricey. NY wife and I started with the crab cake. It's was good the aoli was ok and the tartar sauce was tasty. Not to big on the corn salsa. My main meal was stuffed salmon with shrimp and crab. It was delicious. I felt it was kinda small but I was full at the end of our meal. It was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. I only like mashed potatoes occasionally. I was able to substitute roasted potatoes. Which were cooked well but I thought they lacked flavor, added a little pepper and thought it was better. I don't like almost all vegetables so I got some sautéed spinach. Which I don't really like cooked spinach. I did think it was tasty but I disliked the texture. I almost never order dessert. On this occasion I was still hungry and ordered the Upside Down Candied Walnut Apple Piea. It was fabulous. I also ordered the Dolce Sangria and it was delicious. My wife ordered the Bourbon Glazed Salmon that I tried and it was delicious. I tried her mashed potatoes and they were ok. She also ordered the cheesecake for dessert and it was delicious. I would definitely go back and eat there again. I do wish I had the choices on my sides even if there is an upcharge which I did get an upcharge for the spinach which I only ate three bites. Our waiter was very good.

Dinner with my husband on a Saturday for lunch. Not crowded, which was great. Our waiter was fantastic. Food was awesome. The appetizer: shrimp kisses- perfection!

Love this place me and my hubby spent our anniversary here for dinner our dinner we ordered was so delicious and our drinks were on point Big Ups to the bar tender and our waiter was very friendly and prompt with everything.....I love how they are world wide and we got a membership too I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Food took for ever wasn’t even busy at all quality of the food was terrible my wife’s steak tasted like when drive by a farm and you smell that smell I literally almost puked when I tried it food is over priced been better off to go to red lobster

First of all I liked the downtown location- it was full of life. I went for dinner and I was in the mood for seafood combination that was not on the menu. They went out of their way to custom make exactly what I wanted (mussels, calamari and scallops) and it was super delicious. I stayed at the bar and the bartender/ server went above and beyond for customer service. Just a tiny room for improvement as far as drinks. I tried 2 types of cocktails and both tasted somewhat weird just like soft drinks, very faint alcohol. For that price they can do a little better I think.

Seriously the best New York strip I've ever had! (Yes, I've been to Ruth's Chris, Harry and Izzys, St. Elmo's and Weber Grill). So tender you could cut it with a butter knife! The calamari appetizer had breaded artichoke hearts, squash, and maybe sweet potato, there was plenty for three or four tomshare. The lobster mashed potatoes didn't have much lobster. Not worth $12 in my opinion. Might have just been lobster bisque ladled into mashed potatoes. They were good, but like I said, not worth $12. Our waiter was great. You can valet park at the Hilton for $12 if you have them vouch your ticket. Can't wait to go back! PS sign up for their email club and get a free appetizer coupon.

It was just ok this time. Our server was great,not pushy at all.Good thing because we weren't in any hurry. Our lobster mashed potatoes were not the same. They use to put lobster claws on top but now it's like 1 ounce of chopped up lobster Meat. I had the swordfish. Pretty small piece for 30 bucks. Maybe at best 6oz. Then it was suppose to come with fingerling potatoes and brussel sprouts. Nope. Mashed potatoes and green beans. Then we asked if the pasta could be subsituted for mashed potatoes on a chicken dinner , Nope they didn't have enough. Are you kidding me. Oh well.

The service was on point. The lobster bisque was ok. There was big croutons that could of been smaller but the flavor overall was really good. I had the New York Strip Steak and it was excellent. The goat cheese mashed potatoes was yummy. Love the asparagus. Overall my experience was good.

I love swordfish. I've enjoyed sampling swordfish from different restaurants across the United States. I was very disappointed. Fish doesn't have to taste fishy, let alone smell fishy. I was less than impressed with the flavor. I was less than impressed with portion for the price. I found the server to be over bearing pushing their rewards program. I'm a first impressions kind of person. Most likely will not return and will not suggest to family and friends.

The service was very slow. Most of the food at the table was pretty good. I ordered the crab legs. It said it would be a 1.5 lbs. they gave me 2.5 legs. There was no way that it was the weight they said it would be. On top of it my steamed legs were room temp and on the dry side. Was in no way worth the $40.00 I paid for it. I might go back but I will never get that again.

We arrived at 7 pm and didn't get anything for about 1.5 hours. It was TERRIBLE service. The food was just OK and definitely overpriced. My steak was good, but too expensive for what it was. My potatoes were barely warm, and super dry. Everyone else had lukewarm food as well. This is not a first class steakhouse.

Great hot sourdough bread before a nice steak dinner. We showed up right before close & the staff was polite and friendly. The Westin Hotel mentioned it was the best steakhouse downtown so we walked there. Very nice!

It was okay, took almost an hour to get our main dish, mushroom appetizer wasn't warm at all and the main dish wasn't hot . I made reservations through open table, thinking it was a 1000 point restaurant, but only recieved 100. Went to check, and it was suppose to be 1000😳

The food was divine we like to Dine because the food was wonderful, and we pick McCormick & Schmick's Seafood to spend the night for our 24 Yrs Anniversary and also my Brother in low to Celebrate his 70 birthday, but I don't like when server don't write the Menu so He crew our Order and charge you still, but the Goodnews is food is good

The food was excellent! My wife and I went for the Veterans Day celebration and enjoyed everything. She had the Parmesan crusted chicken and I had the tender beef medalions. Wonderfully made! Superb! We will definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful late evening experience at the bar. The very friendly, attentive and adept bartenders recommended a grapefruit martini for my wife which she ended up loving (all 3 of them). The late night menu was perfect. Will definitely stop by again our next trip to Indy.

We went to celebrate our anniversary! We loved our appetizer, salads, and seafood selections. We also shared the chocolate bag dessert which was phenomenal!! A great dining experience - we will go back!
