Review First Watch - Indianapolis

Food and service were both excellent. I ordered the Sunny Seoul Hash (with scrambled eggs) and it was very tasty and decently sized. The wait staff was attentive and inviting, leading to an all around A+ experience. One thing to note is that I went at a not that busy time, so I can't speak on how well they handle more busy times like the Sunday morning brunch rush.

First time here, and they had a lot of good breakfast options. The ginger donuts were hot, soft, and delicious. The french toast was also delicious. They also had great fresh beverages and cold coffee options. Definitely will be back.

One of the best First Watch locations around the country that I’ve visited. Stopped in for breakfast for my favorite thing on the menu, The Chickichanga, and it was a hit! Delicious and savory with wonderful potatoes and a cup of fresh fruit. And that fresh-squeezed orange juice? Awesome!

Yummy breakfast/brunch spot near Keystone at The Crossing Fashion Mall. Pancakes, turkey sausage, waffles, skillets, omelets, salads, & sandwiches. Alcoholic beverages are available. First Watch also serves fresh squeezed juices -- I really enjoyed the Kale Tonic. We had excellent service & will definitely visit this location again!

The food was fresh and delicious. I love that the fruit was fresh. Typically restaurants don’t always have fresh fruit when they offer it. I tried the pomegranate sunrise drink. Let’s just say this is the new way I want my sunrises!

First Watch Hash kills it again. Impeccable and speedy service and great coffee added to the perfect breakfast.

Fabulous breakfast this morning, great atmosphere and excellent service. I had a quinoa bowl, and my husband had an everything omelet. Packed with flavor!

I visited this place while in Texas with my Sister. The service, food and atmosphere was everything. I went two weeks ago, here in Indy with my other half, so the pics are a combination of both visits.

My son treated me to a Mother's Day brunch at First Watch--his first time there and my second. We were greeted by a friendly and upbeat waiter, Ishmael, who cheerfully took care of our every need throughout our meal. He promptly brought us plenty of excellent hot coffee and kept it coming. I decided to splurge, since it was Mother's Day, and ordered a Mimosa, which hit the spot as an eye-opener. My son joined me in a Million Dollar Bloody Mary. The menu featured a number of tempting choices. I decided on the 2 For You lunch special, which can be half a sandwich, half a salad, or a cup of soup, or any combination of two. My choice was half a Ham & Gruyere Melt and a cup of Tomato Basil Soup. The sandwich was wonderfully fresh and tasty with plenty of smoked ham, gooey melted gruyere, a slice of flavorful tomato, and topped with a nice dollop of Dijonnaise, all on a grilled brioche. The soup was undoubtedly the best tomato basil I've ever had--not too hot but just hot enough and so delicious. My companion opted for the Traditional Breakfast, consisting of two eggs, bacon, thick slices of whole grain toast with house preserves, and seasoned potatoes, along with a side order of cheesy grits to die for. While he enjoyed his meal, ranked it "good" (a man of few words!) and admitted that he would probably return, I declared First Watch my new favorite place so far this year. I can't wait to go back!

This is THE BEST breakfast, lunch, brunch restaurant in Indy Hands Down!!!! The servers are all nice and friendly and the food is Top Notch, and Farm to Table, they don't even use microwaves like a lot of other restaurants do! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Just go, you won't regret it I promise you!!!!

This place is so good for brunch. Obviously it gets crowded over the weekend so the wait time can be from 20-40 mins. The juice bar is also good. Try the purple haze and pineapple juice.

First time visiting. Pleasant atmosphere and the staff was friendly. Classic breakfast food included on a menu with other unique selections. Really enjoyed the berry compote with my waffle (pictured). Definitely will return ☺

You have the option to check in over your phone. Best idea ever. Atmosphere was awesome starting at the front desk. Our waitress was the best in the world. I called her blue eyes. Made us feel welcome.

I have been here several times and they never disappoint! Everything is good! I recently had the cornbread pork bowl...and now I switch my toast for cornbread. They should keep that on the menu forever! The pancakes are the absolute best I have ever had in my life. They are as big as a large plate and are so tender! The omelettes are good too. The service is always good, the food quality it great and always fresh. This place is one of my faves!

I regularly meet my friends for breakfast at First Watch. The staff is always kind and friendly. It’s also nice to always see a familiar face when I go in there. Especially David. He is such a great server, and he’s always so kind and prompt. I love the variety on the menu. There are tons of things on there for everybody, including the kids. I often try new dishes and am always satisfied . I loved my meal, as did my friend. My go to is the farmhouse skillet, and it never disappoints. I think one of my favorite part about the farmhouse skillet is that it comes with toast and their homemade strawberry jam. Their strawberry jam is so delicious! I like how the restaurant is set up and the option to sit outside. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the decor is, too. If you haven’t been, what are you waiting for?

First-time customer at this restaurant. Enjoyed breakfast with family visiting from Alaska. Food was served hot and visually appealing, in reasonable portion size. Waitress was attentive, but not disruptive. Prices are a little above average, but nice place for special outing.

Love the menu It's very versatile & accommodating If you are more of a healthy eater they have awesome menu choices.. Good coffee and fast service. Pleasant atmosphere as well.

Wonderful service by a knowledgeable server. I like that there is a standard menu and a seasonable one. Loved the millionaire's bacon - we got two orders! Everything we ordered was brought out quickly and was delicious. We will be back!

We were in from out of town and tried this place based on ratings. The food was delicious the staff was super friendly and we will definitely be back :0)

We love their food. Stopped for breakfast and was not disappointed. Would have easily been a 5 star but it seemed all the food, including the coffee, was not as hot as expected. In any case, we will be back.

I have been twice now and both times have been a great experience. Staff is courteous and kind. Food is great! Definitely should try this place. Won’t be disappointed

Food here is wonderful and fresh, healthy. You can tell it’s not loaded full of salt or too much sugar. Service great and I actually heard a waitress saying how great the company is to work for...wish we had a first watch in Utah!

This restaurant is by far an excellent place to eat. The breakfast sandwich was healthy and delicious� Service was amazing.

Excellent food. Our server Ariel was amazing. First Watch is new to us and we love it! I had a carrot ginger chai juice/tea. Again, no dissatisfaction. Looking forward to our next visit!

I had the best waitress yesterday Morning! Everyone is so friendly here.

Really just every aspect was terrible for our brunch today. For a place that's always so busy, you would think they would have this down, but they don't. No organization when checking in, leading to long waits with nowhere to wait. Service was bad, waitress kept pouring the coffee sideways so that it kept spilling everywhere (out of the filthy pitcher that she kept sitting on our table.) Glasses were dirty, coffee was ridiculously hot, water is served without ice so be sure to ask for it if you need it. Food presentation was atrocious, looked worse that a McDonalds breakfast plate, and there was less food for the money. Sausage gravy was terrible, potatoes were barely cooked/seasoned, biscuits were good, the pumpkin pancake was delicious. My meal came out a few minutes after everyone else at our table just to top things off. I can't imagine why this place is so busy, but I certainly won't be back so more room for the rest of you. This was our second time there with pretty much exactly the same outcome, so I'll just assume this is normal.
