My friends and I are going through the alphabet of local restaurants and just so happened to come to our Letter U during Devour Indy with no reservation and a group of seven. They were super accommodating and found us a table within 15 minutes. Our wait staff were very friendly, food was fantastic, and drinks were great. We'll definitely be back.
All the dishes were delightful, with the Ribeye and Octopus standing out as my favorites. The atmosphere is pleasantly spacious, complemented by excellent service.
Amazing restaurant with excellent service. Date appetizer was very unique with a great flavor profile. Lamb shank was fall off the bone, tender and the 6 ounce tenderloin was as good as I’ve ever had.
Simple menu with good options, really good wait staff in a nice environment. Went for a date night with my wife.
Our drinks were great, whiskey sour and one of their watermelon drinks. I got the swordfish which was really good. My wife got the gnocchi with chicken, and there was a lot of chicken with it.
The fries were pretty awesome too. Our waiter was very helpful and know the menu.
Overall great place, and would definitely go back.
This is my second time here since fall of 2020 and I was beyond blown away. The service then and the service now was just as amazing. Brandon, our server which I found out had been with them for almost 9 years, was professional and very knowledgeable. It was my honor to have him as my server. The food blew me away and I cannot wait to come back again.

Drinks are really good. Grilled Octopus is one of the best octopus dish I have had: perfectly cooked. Sandemon 20yr Tawny port is a must.
Fabulous service, tasty food, in a modern setting! We decided to follow Brandon's recommendations as he was very knowledgeable of the dishes offered and we were not disappointed! The lamb was very flavorful and tender as well as the tomahawk pork chop. A short drive from most hotels and convention center. Parking on premises. Reservations advised. Ample seating indoors and outdoor. Highly recommended
Great place for a casual experience with upscale food. Chef Dan delivers a consistently awesome menu. Start with the grand board and poutine then explore the entrees (always a fan of their specials). Great seating options inside and outside. Great beer and liquor selections as well.
Absolutely delicious!! My wife and I choose a new (to us) restaurant every month, with the criteria of being "an experience". Union 50 definitely delivered.
Every morsel of food was devine; from our appetizer to our desserts, and everything in-between. Our server was a joy; as she was always ready to answer all of our questions, and give amazing recommendations. All the other servers as well could see my wife and I admiring the dishes as they came out, and would tip the plates a bit in our direction as they walked by with an explanation of what the dish was.
Chef Dan, Sous Chef Roman, and the entire crew put on an excellent display of their talents. A clinic on flavor, teamwork, and excellence if you will. Highly impressed, inspired, and fulfilled.
Food and service both excellent. The bone marrow and the chocolate cake were outstanding.
