Great service, great food and nice views. We recommend the Buffalo wings and the old fashioned. The special was the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was delicious.

The food was good and the service was slow yesterday. I really enjoyed the atmosphere though. They use paper straws, which I'm surprised they don't just use biodegradable alternatives that don't dissolve while waiting 45 minutes for food. The entrance from outside has a hostess station, but I guess they assume you know to go to the entrance from the hotel to be seated. I had the beer cheese pretzels as well, but that didn't survive long enough for the photo. The beer cheese was heavy on the beer, which made the dip runny. I was so hungry waiting for the food that my friend and I devoured it right away. Seeing that the food was piping hot when it came out, I am confident our server was not the cause for the delay. Her name is Victoria, and she did great. Our drinks never got empty, and the severs seem to have a very efficient team approach to servicing tables. My wife was a waitress for a time, so I know that is hard to accomplish with the high turnover this field of work tends to have. I woukdn't recommend this place over other local stops, though. There are a lot of places within walking distance of here that excel in all the areas I outlined as lacking above.

Food was great. Atmosphere was relaxing. Service was friendly enough for the most part. It would have been better if I was allowed to leave before my glass of delicious ice was removed. I felt rushed. Felt like I overstayed my welcome. Overall the closing service could have been better. On a high note the salmon hit the spot.

I dined here with my two children 3 and 6 and we had such a wonderful experience with John F as our server. He greeted us within minutes, offered recommendations and specials and was attentive the entire visit. I originally was hesitant to visit the restaurant because of the reviews on Yelp but being in the hotel I figured I would give it a shot. I am glad I did the hostesses were accommodating to my children also brought them crayons and color sheets. We also were able to enjoy the person TVs that were available at some of the tables to enjoy the football game that was on. We enjoyed the Cobb salad and the fish and chips. Both were good. Thanks for a great visit John F!

Our server Jessica was fantastic, she was incredibly helpful and walked us through the GenCon specials. The convention beer, Hive Mind is a delightful, our food was satiable. My husband has the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich and fries. The pork was dry but ok and the fries were ok. Not the crisp outside we were looking for. The Mediterranean salad would have been better if I had the dressing on the side, it was incredibly acidic. Glad we stopped because we were hungry but this isn't first choice in our next restaurant choice.

As a former retail customer service. Junkie. I really find it hard to find good customer service. And I'm blown away when I do. Which was the case at this restaurant? John faction was probably the epitome of what great customer service looks like when they say you get what you pay for not that it should be. Very expensive because it wasn't it was great value overall I really appreciate his suggestions I appreciate his engaging humor I appreciate the way he treated my wife niece and daughter on their girl's night dinner. It was just a great overall experience for the brief time. That I was there and I'll definitely be going back. Until when people about it, thank you, John.

Great service! John is always super helpful, friendly and timely. I am so glad he suggested the broccoli cheddar chicken soup because it was amazing! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak for my meal and it was 3.5/5 stars but everything else has always been good.

Came here after a concert across the street in the park. We were so hungry and the food was great. I've stayed here at the JW dozens of times and the place never disappoints.

Get the chicken tenders, they are fresh chicken and lightly seasoned. The deli club sandwich is pricey but meaty. I would stay away from the wings, they are from frozen, tiny, unseasoned wings. Service was decent, though I was troubled by person of color seeming to be ignored and colder attitude they received from bartender. Being white, every time I visited staff was extremely personable and friendly.

Great ambiance; not too stuffy and not overly casual. We went on a Saturday night at 8:30 and walked right in to a table. Our server was attentive and personable, and the food was delicious.
Recommend: Cajun shrimp pasta or Southwest Chicken

Very, very LOUD. Food was ok, not too many other nearby options open on Sunday night. Had the special burger. It was ok, but wouldn't recommend it.

Found this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The restaurant itself is very roomy even with a full bar at the center. The high feelings just give it a much more comfortable vibe.
The food was excellent. Some really nice twist on some old classics. The pork tenderloin came with a jalapeno slaw on it which made it exceptional. The wife got a Hawaiian chicken sandwich that she bragged about the entire time. Service was outstanding. If you're staying in any of the area Marriotts it's a very short walk. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I stopped in for a quick bite at the bar. I had the chicken quesadilla which could feed two people. It was delicious and the bartenders were so friendly and quick.

Friendly and courteous service. Handled a food allergy issue quickly - brought a new and fresh meal with no fuss or concern.
Food was good, and as you'd expect from a hotel restaurant it was also slightly expensive - but not outrageous. Menu also happens to be the same as for room service, with similar quality.
Overall it met our needs and expectations, we'd definitely go back.

Overall experience, it's a very laid back place. It kind of reminds me of hooters a little bit mor up. Scale the food's good and I do not recommend bringing your kids there. I had the chicken tenders and fries both were good
