First Street Deli

Pro- Employees are nice and friendly. Cons- Rude and impatient owner, additional 50 cent charge for the use of a credit card, Ranch is watery. Summary: Before I placed my order, I asked the owner if they had provolone cheese. And the owner just stands there in points to a sign on the wall. Then I was trying to decide on what kind of bread I wanted as the owner is growing impatiently (when I was the only one in line) When it came to the time to pay, the bill came to $15.00 for a footlong sub, a cookie, and a drink. Then I notice a sign on the cash register that said that they charge an additional 50 cents for the use of a credit card (which is bs!) and that is what I paid with so I was charged 50 cents that I shouldn't have been! I would recommend going to Subway down the street, better pricing, don't have a rude owner, better ranch, and no additional charge for the use of a credit card.

This place is amazing. And they sell more than just great subs. They also have tacos, Mac n cheese, chilli, cheesey vegetables, and baked potato. Plus don't forget the dessert bars here are well worth it. My husband and I have tried a lot of the subs and we haven't found one we don't like. His favorite is the Ruben (ewww sauerkraut) and mine is the pastrami. There are more vegetable options to choose from here too. I will never eat at a different sub place again after trying this. This place is awesome.
