Absolutely appalled by how the company is handling a situation with a loyal customer last week. Also, their newest employees are dressing way too provocative to be a professional business especially so close to vulnerable aged children (it's next to a high school). I will never shop here again. Highly disappointed after being a loyal customer for 9 years.

Totally disrespectful to there customers I was refused service because of a problem the employees have with a family member of mine all because she said she wouldn’t come back while one of the employees was there because she was rude and then another employee confronted her and told her not to come back these girls have zero customers service skills bugles in Monmouth is sooo much better and cleaner DO NOT recommend there coffee isn’t good and neither is there customer service 🤢

Sweet mother of all things caffeinated. How could you do this to me? How is it possible that I could love a drink SO much I would be willing to drive 45 minutes, 1 way, just to taste that peanut butter heaven? Whipped cream, so thick and pillowy... I have straight up dreams of this place. The staff is amazing and my drinks come quick. 4 star is only because the whip topping seems like it's made in house, YUM. However, the consistency can vary from visit to visit. I come for that thick, rich, heavy cream to coat my mouth. When I make that long drive and get runny whip, my heart hurts and I low key want to tear up at 33 years old.
