I came in yesterday afternoon. I was curious why no other customers there.. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger. 30 seconds later they gave me a cold burger and cold fries for 13 bucks. I put it back in the sack, took it back up to counter, and let them know I was a American, and I deserve better. Don’t eat there

Drove up and the lady asked if I wanted a steakburger. I asked how it was different from a normal burger and she became quite flustered. She guessed it was because it had A1 sauce. I went with a mushroom and swiss burger. Y'all it was bad. The bun was the cheapest quality you could get. The burger was like a McDonald's value menu burger. The mushrooms were covered in what I hope was gravy. I couldnt taste the swiss. Well I couldnt taste anything in the burger, really.

I sat in the drive-thru behind somebody for almost 5 minutes which the second car is in the sun , I don't have AC. When I got up to pay they take my pay , then tell me to pull around front back in the sun. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. And I am still sitting out front waiting on it. I am surprised they gave him the two star.

Hardee's has always been extremely reliable with pricing and meal value. For me, the number 4 can't be beat, it's relatively cheap, quick, and works well.
