Jade Terrace

The place looks very rundown the food was good but they charge for everything normally should come with it for tea they charge $3.50 for soup it was seven dollars no lunch specials no specials whatsoever for lunch was almost $20 and it was nothing special food was decent but that’s only thing good to say about it I will not be back

We waited a good ten minutes and nobody said hi or ever it will be a few minutes,the place had stains on the wall so we went to sing fay restaurant because we got terrible service terrible vibes and sing fay had really good food and amazing service the second we walk in the sing fay restaurant the was somebody taking care orders and sitting us down

Hard to give more than 3 stars. The service was.. meh..the lady at the counter was just playing videos on her phone the entire time she took my order. Pricing is a little high compared to other similar restaurants nearby. Their chow mein is terrible. Its not even chow mein. I'm not sure what its called, but it doesnt even resemble chow mein. Their Lemon chicken is disgusting. It smells bad, looks bad and tastes bad. How on earth they sell it and keep it on their menu is beyond me. The place has a real dive bar feel. For as much as they charge, I would hope they would do a little upkeep on the building.
