Chipotle Mexican Grill

They WILL get your order wrong EVERY TIME, and last time we ordered I had to drive back TWICE for them to correct the order! Another issue is the rice is literally crunchy because it is so undercooked. I have never been so frustrated at an establishment in my 46 years of existence as this Chipotle. If you can’t make rice, or complete a simple printed order, you need to close up until corporate can bring in at least one competent employee.

I just got my chicken bowl but it tastes salty. They don't have veggies and lettuce either. I got some left over veggies that are burnt and not fresh. I asked the server not to put that but probably did not hear. Overall the chicken bowl does not taste like Chipotles chicken bowl at all. Not a great experience!! IMO They should put more chicken and rice if they are missing other items. However, they did not do that.

Might have been one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Chipotle. Not counting for the fact that there was a very large order ahead of us that took the staff quite some time to get together, they also were prepping online orders before taking care of the folks standing in line in the store. I ordered a chicken bowl, with black beans, and fajita, corn salsa, and lettuce. Was told that the store was out of beans. I asked if they were just waiting for more and the employee just took the next order and ignored me. So I am assuming the store was just completely out of beans on a Friday night. The employees all had an air of just don't care. The final straw moment for us when we went to grab our utensils, we only saw spoons in each holder. So I went to the checkout counter to ask for a fork and the employee told me they don't have any and walked away. So this is a Chipotle on a Friday evening that has no pinto or black beans and no forks to speak of. This just speaks to a lack of planning and management of this restaurant. Would probably not visit this specific location again.

I can’t even leave a review for the food, I ended up walking out in the middle of my order being taken. As I’m waiting to be served, I noticed the worker (female) being extremely short and clearly has an attitude with the customer ahead of me. Her demeanor and mannerisms are so off her co workers says “ Do you have an attitude?” She then says “she’s ready to go” and immediately after that yells “can somebody get me off this line?!” When it’s my turn to order her attitude increased and I simply said “You know what I’m not doing this with you” I walked straight out. Why work in the service industry if you’re going to be irritated every time someone comes in the door. After reading some of the reviews for this location I see I am not the only one who has had an experience like this. To the manager’s do better and clean up your staff!

I never write bad reviews, but I had to this time. If I could rate it worse I would. All eight employees were aimlessly walking around while it took 20 minutes past the time said to make my mobile order. It was sitting on the counter the whole time but I had to wait for the employee flipping cups to add the cheese and lettuce.

They are consistently backed up on mobile pick up orders. Every time we’ve ordered here I’m usually waiting in the store for my pickup order for at least an extra 30-45 mins past the pick up time. At that point you’d think the food would at least be fresh…it’s usually not. I hate to be so critical but I’m just trying to help people who need to know when their orders will be ready. I would advise any other chipotle if you can!

I wish I had an option for zero stars because that's how I would rate this Chipotle. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have been to. I ordered my food far ahead of time and when I got there it was still not ready. Not only that, I waited around 45 minutes and STILL they were not done. I spent my entire lunch waiting for a lunch I never received. I did not even get my order. I will never be back here. I advise for everyone to stay away, especially from online ordering.
