Dibella's Subs

Dibella’s is awesome! I used the online ordering and my sub came out perfect. Love the everything bread! Only issue was the pickup line for online/phone orders. They do have a HUGE sign pointing this out, but all the customers waiting to place an order stand in the way of it EVERY Stinking time! The staff should direct customers away from that pickup area for smoother sailing.

First time & last time customer Order 4 subs 2 tuna which were very good per granddaughter and daughter Son ordered meatball subs which came with NO SAUCE!! Meatball sub with no sauce you've got to be kidding... He said meatballs tasted tasteless and possibly old... I ordered grilled steak, grilled onions, green pepper & mushrooms, cheese & olive oil Meat was very dry & tasteless, tasted old, grilled veggies were good but needed salt, could not taste cheese or olive oil... Fillings were not spread evenly throughout the sub All in all a terrible experience & would not recommend

11am today guy at the entrance told us to take a number, asked if we’re having 2 subs, wrote that down and said go ahead. The men ahead of us ordered, paid, got their food prepared and given to them while the 3 employees ignored us, made no eye contact, never took our order. Asked the two girls who never spoke to us, “Is anyone going to take our order?” They pointed to the entrance saying “He should have” rather than helping us. Guy said “My bad.” We left, got quick, efficient, good service and food at Naf Naf.

A great sub shop, far superior to all the other chains yet not nearly as well known, which is a shame. The staff is friendly and will prepare your sub to order in a very accommodating manner. The bread is baked on premises, tastes fresh and not doughy like other chains. One notices immediately how large the place with plenty of stand-alone tables and booths, all DiBella's locations tend to be like that. The salads are prepared daily and make a nice side item to any sub.
