I have been going to this Chipotle for years. The food is always good and they seem to be more generous than most Chipotles when it comes to their portions. They do prioritize their mobile app orders over others so that is frustrating at times if you get your order in person like we do. Regardless we enjoy the food here.

Best Chipotle location around. Prefer this one over the 291 hwy location in Lee’s Summit any day. The food is always fresh at this one and the restaurant is always clean. Madison is a wonderful manager and you can tell she takes pride in running this location well.

Amazing food. But what happend Chipotle? When did you guys start making burritos and bowls so small? Like a year ago this place was 5 star. But if you order online at all they will hold out on every single thing you got on your burrito, even if you get double meat. It's like I'm paying 15 dollars for a burrito, please don't make the portions smaller because I'm ordering online and not in your face while your making my food. Thank you.

DO NOT go to the chipotle in Blue Springs. I go out of my way to visit this location. Thank you for making good food & on time!! Pickup hack: if you are ordering online just make the pickup time 10 minutes earlier than arrival so you are not waiting.

Very efficient and fast. The folks working there hear you the first time and craft your items quick. Food always seems a great deal more fresh than the other area Chipotles.

It was not very good this visit. 2 bowls for $22 and change and they barely put any chicken in it. Kinda spendy for a bowl of mostly rice. We probably won't be going back for quite some time. It was also extremely cold in the dining area. Many tables were dirty. Looking around, it was just a bunch of kids working that could care less.

Horrible!! I’ve been going to this chipotle and never have issues til tonight! I made an online order everyone’s food was made right but my husbands and myself. My husband got little to no steak on his burrito I ordered double for his and my bowl but my bowl had NO steak at all. Just sent my bowl back and all I get is two small containers full of steak! When it was proven I had ordered double to begin with!!! I will not be going back that is absolutely ridiculous!!

I work nearby and I come on my lunch break to this location occasionally. Everyone is very nice and professional EXCEPT the fat girl working on the line everyday wish I had her name but for now it’s far girl. On multiple didn’t instances she has instructed myself and my family to go elsewhere. She is a horrible representation of chipotle and her superiors need to address her attitude.
