Spent our anniversary dinner date here.
I check the restroom almost every time I go to a new restaurant.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the men's room.
The restaurant was pretty empty... See the pictures.
We ordered ribeye Medium rare and coconut shrimp.
As you can see, the steak was a bit too rare.
The attentive waiter and manager took care of us.

Twice now I have gone for the Prime Rib since most steak houses no longer have it since Covid hit. The 1st time we ate in. Asked for medium rare. Clearly cooked well done. When I sent it back they said that was the last piece and it was that or steak. I reluctantly got steak. They didn't discount it at all. So, tonight we tried it again but ordered it to go. This time I purposely ordered it rare, just on the off chance it cooled too much on the way home and I would have to heat it a bit. Got it home. Cold as ice, after waiting 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready and it was well done again. I couldn't even eat it, it was so overcooked and dry. I paid 27.00 for my dogs to eat my prime rib. I will not go back. Someone clearly doesn't know the difference between rare and well done. 🙄 So disappointing.

My wife, daughter, and I went for dinner. Went a bit early so we could beat the rush. Believe it was a Thursday as well. We got seated at a nice big round table. Ordered some appetizers. Our waiter Kevin was very knowledgeable. He offered some ideas as to what's good on the menu. He was very patient and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and server! Thanks Kevin!

Baked potato was pretty bad. Toppings were barely there and it was well overcooked. The Porter house steak however, was very good with with expresso butter on the side

I ordered the top of the line 8 Oz rip eye medium is the exact opposite.
To make all this worse on Christmas eve of all nights.
The CHEF should be written up or Fired. No reason to serve food like that when your dropping almost 100 dollars for the whole table.
My whole table's stakes where like that all requested medium and the very bad CHEF gave us all the equivalency of charbroiled hockey puks. The Taste behind it was much worse than how it looks.
Avoid this place as all cost.

They've never been this slow! They're dead as far as anywhere near busy!! We've been waiting almost 30min for our steak and chicken and it STILL isn't here!! Won't come back!! I'm really sad about this! Pathetic!

I'm in town on Business and this restaurant is close to my hotel. First time I came in the food was on point but the customer service was marginal. I thought I would give it another shot since the food was good. Well this time the customer service is terrible. It is not very busy, when I came in I said I would like to sit in the bar area at a booth, there were 3 booths open. She said the bar top is open, I said o prefer to sit in a booth, she literally huffed at me. After getting settled in and waiting for a little while, the bartender came over and took my order, she was not polite or friendly. Dont these people work for tips? My daughter was a waitress and bartender in college. I'm usually a very generous tipper but this type of service really doesn't deserve any tip. I will leave a tip but it wasn't earned!! I won't ever come back to this location

This was the best experience. Our server was a brown skinned girl with curly black hair and glasses, she was attentive, outgoing, and had great hospitality! I think her name was Katie. Kevin the manager stopped by my table and made dure our visit was going great! We will be back!!
