Jack In The Box

I used to love this location so much, but the quality of both the food and the service has declined so much that I don’t think I will be giving them another chance. I get that stuff happens but this location has consistently wasted my money almost every single order, and I rarely even go anymore because of it. Even so, it never fails to disappoint. Today I ordered two sausage crescents, one was a meal with coffee and hash browns, and a 3pc popper. I did not receive a hash brown. Instead, I received the two sandwiches, poppers, some kind of wrap that says meat lovers, a junior Jack burger. The eggs on the sandwich were absolutely inedible. The were burnt to a crisp, and were covered in greasy soot, yes SOOT. I unfortunately took a bite before I realized, and was horrified to experience a VERY unpleasant crunch. It tasted like they were cooked in the part of the grill that catches all the little bits of burnt food. For the first time in my life, I called to ask for a refund. The lady told me I have to drive the 30 min back to the store to receive it, which sucks but I didn’t argue. Then she hung up on me. I know 15 dollars may seem like chump change to most, but it isn’t to me. Especially when I have already wasted so much money on previous messed up or inedible orders that I didn’t fuss about. It’s become very obvious they do not practice any sort of quality control and do not check orders before they are sent out. I would not recommend anyone eat here. Please don’t waste your money like I did. I know from experience that service isn’t an easy job, but never in my life would I have served a customer these eggs. Never.

I really like Jack in the Box food, and I keep going back because this location is close... but I'm at the point where I'll drive out of my way to go to Herculaneum for Jack now. This location is always out of a bunch of menu items, and don't blame it on covid... this isn't a new development, someone needs to review the automated ordering system. My fries today were undercooked and looks like the fry oil is way overdue to be cleaned, but at least they didn't forget anything this time.

I usually love jack in the box and recently moved from St Louis to Jackson in Missouri and there is not one here so I had to get some when I went back to St Louis. We went to the one in Imperial. I took my boyfriend who had never had it before. Well we ordered the sourdough jack and it was over cooked and very dry and resembled a hockey puck. Our fries were half empty and crinkle cut. I didn't know they had those and was not given the option... We wanted curly fries. I was thoroughly disappointed and there was no time to turn around because I had to get back home. I don't know if I will ever eat there again and I know he won't. I don't usually don't complain but this cost me $22.00 and I had to choke it down. Worst jack in the box ever.

Haven't been to this Jack in the Box since my last bad experience. Ordered a kids meal for my child and he ended up with about 8 fries in his small fry package and a cold burger. Not impressed and will not be going back anytime soon. Tried to email and let corporate know but that was not working either. I will not be back. Didn't get a receipt or even napkins as well as the person who took my order was rude and said they don't have a cheeseburger meal which was untrue.

Really sad how rude staff has become at this location. We go to this Jack in the box almost every day for the last 3 years. When they yell at you because they don’t want to make a grilled cheese on the grill they rather be lazy and slap two pieces of bread and cheese together and nuke it in the microwave. Grilled cheese is the easiest American food to make. It’s just shows how lazy people have become and how little they care about customer service. It’s really sad and disappointing when they have been really good about doing this for us. And it just changes out of know where. Sadness. : (

The hours of operation for this store are wrong. It says they were open last night, but they weren't. I double checked before making the 8 mile journey and when I got there they were CLOSED. Not just recently closed, but total darkness no cars closed. Update your effing google store hours so customers don't waste $$$$ gas diving to your location only to find out they weren't even open when their posted times say they are.
