Mr Taco

While doing a tour of the Everglades our tour guide asked if we wanted a snack! At first we were not really interested, but after he mentioned he new of this Taco place we couldn't refuse! Oh man where we glad we shopped! Amazing tacos! Tried the catus (vegan) and chicken both were amazing. Be sure to ask for extra onions and cilantro and of course their red hot sauce!

We ordered quesadilla and then changed our minds while the waitress was still at our table. I told her we wanted fajitas instead because we were going to share. It wasn't our fault when she brought both quesadillas and fajitas to our table after telling her exactly what we wanted. They took the quesadillas back untouched by us and then turned around and charged us for them. We felt this was underhanded and a very bad business decision. Can't believe they actually charged us for something we didn't order and didn't eat. Should have paid with my credit card so I could have contested the charge. Will never step foot in that place again!

I like they were open till 11pm, there is not much in this town late, and the store was clean and felt comfortable inside.. some times small town restaurants dont care about that. They were out of a few basic things but i wont complain we came in like five minutes before closing and they took care of us. The food was not the best mexican food i’ve had but like i said, small town you cant complain. 4 stars and would certainly recommend specially if you are just driving thru. Prices were very fair,

I bought a Menudo to go/ the Menudo was amazing/ the only issue was the Menudo was very very hot/ not spicy hot/ I swear I burnt all my taste buds/ but it was so delicious I didn't care/ It took about an hour to finish it/ because I had to wait for it to cool down/ and one more issue/ the spoon needs to be a little longer to reach down in the tall cup. But great place/ and friendly employees.
