It was our first time ever in Dunkin' and the lady was so nice helping us out. She even recommended some drinks. Made us ice coffee with caramel we took a dozen of donuts and she selected nice variations for us. Thank you for your time and kindness!

Service was perfect. The person who took my order repeated the order back to us and made a correction in the order. This saved us the hassle of getting the order wrong, something that does happen more frequently than not. The store was very clean.

This is my first time writing a review but this needed one the lady working today 8/10/23 at the window at 12:25 was SO incredibly nice and lightened my day up more then I can explain her positive attitude and was genuinely kind we were talking about my new job that I start today and she gave me the best words and made me feel so much better.. truly restores my faith in humanity. she needs a raise!!

They make mistakes sometimes with the orders but are willing to fix it. Last time I went I ordered avocado toast with bacon. They charged me for bacon but didn't give me it. I went back recently and told them, and they gave me a new avocado toast with bacon for free. In my opinion as long as they're willing to fix mistakes it's fine by me. They're a busy store and I'm sure it's difficult during busy hours to keep it all straight.
