Horrable - great products. Awful Awful staff - they never get things right. So fed up, went to - B B & Beyond and bought a Kureg coffee maker!! I had spent over $475 this year. Oh well buyer beware!!!!

Very small. The ladies have a hard time seeing over machines to the counter. Thats why I prefer the drive thru window. I am not the biggest dunkins fan but my dad loves it. He is restricted to home so I come through here at least 12 times a week.
I had an issue with the coffee for myself. Sent a message via website. The manager called me personally and offered a replacement and to come in. She showed me the two similar products and I discovered I had been ordering the wrong one! Derp on me. She still made me my now correct coffee. I'm impressed. Figured I would get the usual email reply.
The staff that have been here long are fantastic, always super friendly.
