Shake machine is usually broken.
If you pay for one online they cannot give a refund for it.
Food is the same as all other Burger King's. Fries seem fresher than others.

Best burgers in Hyannis, very tasty and fresh food I was served by a guy with glasses and a Russian accent, the service was perfect he was cheerful and friendly.

Typical Burger King, standard menu. Dining in was allowed, there was only one other couple there while we were.
Bonus: this store has a nice aquarium with a variety of Cichlids and a huge Plecostomus that kids may enjoy while there.

My daughter likes this chain. She had the original chicken sandwich and mozzarella cheese sticks. She liked it. Not a place that I eat.

Great!! Food was accurate and hot/fresh. Great service. Only 2 people were working tn and they did an amazing job with speed of service, customer interaction, and accurate orders.

I just had two sourdough breakfast sandwiches.. they were hot fresh and delicious with super-friendly manager working the day shift! The place was immaculately clean all tables were wiped in the lobby.

I really like the Burger King app. This restaurant is my usual haunting grounds. The place isn't usually busy this time of year (December 2017). Service has improved. The BK specials offer great deals. I like the breakfast croissants with sausage and cheese. Two for 4 bucks with their faux round potato puffs and a small coffee. For lunch I always buy the two bacon cheeseburgers with fries and a small soda, again, only 4 bucks. The location and parking are great. The drive thru is always busy. The restaurant is now clean (they had a problem before). Trash barrels are mostly empty and they feature a huge fish tank. I recommend this Burger King.
