I gave this place a 3 and that is being generous. They have good food, a bit salty but good. The issue I had was the horrendous service. When we got there it was empty. We were not greeted when we walked in. We had to ask if dine in was available 1st clue of the bad service. Then the lady behind the counter proceeded to say sit over there😳. We were like ok. She left menus on the counter and walked away. Another couple that walked in were instantly greeted, given menus, and drinks. The lady didn't even take our order she told another worker. After our food was brought our check was immediately put in the table. No drinks were refilled, no one came to check on us. Mind you the place was empty. So I had to get up to pay at the counter and this lady never acknowledged I was even there. She kept passing out to go orders and paying them out. I was heated at this point and slammed my check and money on the counter and asked for a to go box. Needless to say we will not return.

Outstanding customer service. A bit pricier than Panda Express but you get so much food. Yes, I’m comparing to to PE. You’re in Hutto…not Paris. Additionally, I found the flavor quite nice. The meat was good quality. I loved the amount of chicken in the fried rice, but it would have been nice to have smaller pieces (maybe shredded). I’m sure you could always ask them to make it a little different for you. Furthermore, they DO sell lots of sauces a la carte. Some are free, but you do have to ask. These sauces will certainly elevate the dish. The Chili oil is good and it is clearly made in-house. Give it a shot instead of going all the way to Austin or RR.

Overall decent Vietnamese food locally. Staff was friendly and place was clean although we just went in to order out. Food was prepared pretty fast. We got home and digged in and the food was delicious. The fried rice lacked flavor though. It was really “yellow” rice. This is my first Vietnamese place I have went to which had only yellow rice and called it fried rice.

Horrible understanding for customer needs , Ordered triple Delight from lunch menu and told waitress no meat , ( I know it has 3 kind of meat )I repeat twice and my food came with meat , I told her no meat , she took it back and brought back same plate I started eating and guess what cook just got meat out of plate but there was some meat still left and I showed it to waitress and she said sorry 😡 . Did not expect it but saving on a food cost loose customers like me .
