Genghis Grill

Every time I come into this restaurant I am blown away by the service I get from a women named Connie. She is my favourite waitress. Ill leave if shes not there that day. Shes quick, polite, and always greets me with a smile. Easy to talk to and is always happy to help. Ive never had any complaints about her. (The other waitresses though is a different story.) Its hard to find good hard working people during these times, so I tip her a good amount for being such a nice and helpful women. So if you go to Genghis make sure you ask for Connie cause she will not disappoint you. THANK YOU CONNIE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

I have to take back 2 stars because of service we received. They did not have a hostess so the servers were seating people as they came in. We were told there was a 15 minute late and told to sit on bench by the door. We sat there maybe 7 minutes when another couple joined us. The servers passed by and saw us sitting there for the next 10 minutes. Then this couple walk in and one of the servers cleaned a table and sat them down. I asked the next server that past by why were they seated right away we have been waiting. She said she did not know. She asked the server who sat that couple. She Shrugged her shoulders and walked right in front of us. I asked for a manager. The manger came and sat us and apologize on behalf of server. The food was great and I will definitely go to another Genghis Grill again! Just not this one

Its a decent place. I like the way you can choose your food and serve yourself. I was surprised to such place and like it too. I can choose spices meat and every other stuffs by myself and they will cook everything at once. I found this place really unique and nice. Some people might not like it because they have to choose and they ccook the things they choose to be cooked. I think price is little too expensive. I really enjoy this place though.

Very rare do I leave a negative review with an restaurant but this is well deserved! We love Genghis and due to Covid, we've not visited in a while until this evening as our family dinner. What we did not expect was the disappointment in food quality! The food was burned! For the increased prices of the bowls now, we'd expect quality food that's edible! 2nd, what better way to enjoy a dinner than with a ice cold beer. Well... that was a disappointment as well! They no longer serve the beers they used to serve that we actually like. The music is absolutely horrible and loud. Due to this evenings experience, this may be our last time to visit what was once our favorite place to eat.

It's subway but for a Mongolian grill. It's tastiness varies wildly on what you choose to add, but that's what makes it fun. As far as the cooking goes, it's fine. The ingredient list is really good, lots of variety to choose from. If you're looking for an above average place with a fun gimmick, this place is for you.

This was my 1st time here and I have to say the food was pretty good! I had the Supreme fried rice bowl which was delicious....however after trying the bowl my friend made I look forward to making my own bowl next time. Daniel and Haley checked on us often and made sure we were satisfied with our visit.

The staff was nice but the the meat looked like it had been sitting out all day, there was raw chicken just hanging out on the counter where you waited for them to grill your food and the floor was sticky and when they brought over our drinks, there was a flea in mine and black flecks throughout my sons sprite! I was grossed out beyond belief.
