Bridge Cafe And Bistro

I first ate at this restaurant about a week ago and got the pulled pork sandwich and it was absolutely amazing, since then I have returned twice and have had an amazing experience both times. I have had the biscuits and gravy, sausage, steak and eggs, and of course their coffee, if you enjoy strong black coffee this is the place for you.

The food is pretty good, as is the coffee. Unfortunately, the service is not. It took almost an hour to get our food after ordering. I understand making food from scratch takes time, but this was really slow. We heard another waitress talking about the specials after we had ordered but we never heard about them. When our food arrived, one of the items was wrong which was very irritating. We ended up splitting the one entree as we couldn't wait any longer. There was also several insect sightings including a cockroach the crawled under our table as well as wasps above the bar. If the speed and service improve, this place could be really great. This time around, we left angry and unsatisfied.

A group of us went in Sunday morning and I had the Maple Bacon French Toast special. It was absolutely fantastic, some of the best bacon I've ever had!! There were 4 large pieces of toast, 2 of which I ended up taking home. Their The Works coffee was also excellent 👌I don't live around here, but I would definitely make an effort to come back if I was in the area. Highly recommend!
