My Deli In Mapco

They took advantage of my teenage son. The pump handle stuck and wouldn't stop after the tank filled. He ran to get them to shut off the pump after getting gas all over his clothes. This was clearly a problem with the pump as they constantly are having problems at this location. Then they blamed him and charged him nearly $40 for all the gas that was pumped. When I returned an hour later to ask for a refund, all of the pumps were shut off, as shown in the pictures, because they had another problem. They refused a refund, refused to look at video to show that my car savvy son did nothing that could cause this problem, and forwarded my info to another manager. Bottom line: the gas price may be cheap but they are crooked, disrespectful, and refuse to admit the pumps are broken. I'm looking forward to the opening of a Kroger gas station just down 72.

Almost every time I buy a carton of Pall Mall cigarettes here I get overcharged by almost 10 dollars. If I go even in the same day 2 times my will get charged 42 dollars once and then my I can goes few hours later and then I get charged almost 50 dollars. I was told that it was because the product was not being put in right in the register by 2 different managers. Just letting you know that you should make sure your being charged right because the employee working will not care they always have some excuse like oh they went up but if you go the next day wow price is back lower again.I have made complaint but nobody seems to care and have made complaint online with no response so I guess I will have to go somewhere else and my wifesince they have charged me over by hundreds of dollars this year. You won't get my and my wife's money anymore which is usually together 600 a month worth of business counting gas and such.. this by the way is the mapco that is the newer one county line and 72 in Madison AL. Also the old one across the street did the same thing today 11/30/19 and price was wrong too it was 46 dollars there but was 42 this morning and employee did not care 11:15 pm

I was transferred from Store #7539 to this store. I was welcome by a different store manager, who came temporary to this store. The store manager and district manager didn't meet and greet me at all. As I felt very uncomfortable transitioning to a different store. This is only the beginning here. I was suppose to have the next day off because I've worked 13 days straight at the other store, the manager gave the other employee my two days off. Even though she knew that my schedule follows from the other store to here. She completely ignore me and had my scheduled for almost 100 hours for the week... And another thing too, WHY WOULD YOU HAVE 4 PEOPLE OPEN AND ONLY HAVE ME CLOSING!?!? Second day on the job, all of a sudden I've gotten very sick from something in the store. By the way, NONE OF THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS WORK! And If you smell something funky in the store, it's sewage backup. And I would definitely not eat at this store either. And then the third day comes, I was fired instantly....

I live right down the road so I’d like to consider my self a regular. I have been disappointed with my last few visits. The clerk was very rude. When I asked him how his day was he reply with asking like it ( insert F word) matters. Followed by a few other rude interactions. Usually I have nothing negative to say about any Mapcos.
