Taco Cabana

This place is joke. Sanitation is not even a thing. We came to get bean and cheese tacos, the workers had dirt under their nails and were not wearing gloves. On top of that, while eating my toddler was eating the taco we found this inside, it’s as hard as a rock and she could have choked on it. Overall I spoke to the manager and she doesn’t care. They also forgot our caso so when we went back for it they got mad and put multiple things in it such as potato’s lol. It’s ridiculous.

This location definitely needs help! No one dining inside, which should have been an indicator to leave. Especially since all other fast food restaurants around it were very busy. Beef fajita entrees were cold and meat was chewy and tough. Chicken quesadillas were paper thin and only had tiny bits of chicken inside. We've always loved Taco Cabana, but won't be dining here again.

My one experience in this Taco Cabana (Huntsville) has scarred my opinion of this restaurant chain for life. I've been to other locations and do not remember hating them. As fate had it, I got some of the lowest quality Tex-Mex around. I ordered the "Chicken Fajita Nachos," which their menu describes as "Fresh tortilla chips topped with Chicken Fajita, refried beans, melted cheese, sour cream and guacamole." Please look at my attached image and tell me that is fresh... The chips were stale, there was literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole thing, and overall tasted blegghhhh! I'm not even sure our dogs would eat this. I also ordered their Sopapillas, which were the saddest little stale dough balls. They looked like what you get in canned ravioli, topped with a pinch of cinnamon (picture also attached). The honey that comes with them is the only thing I can compliment here, as it was decent. The staff was also quite rude -- as it was our first time in this location, they seemed short with us since we didn't have a straight away answer on what we wanted to order. Suffice to say, we will not be coming back here. Taco Bell does better for cheaper.

10/19 ordered via app, app need a little tweaking but... Food was perfect fresh and had plenty of cheese and good amounts of meat this time!!!! Ordered small sampler with steak quesadilla,chips and ta. Had small mixup was fixed fast. 9/2019 Love the shredded chicken tacos just wish they put more meat, it's mostly tortilla. Sad about the street tacos they changed something, but definitely the flavor is Gone. 9/2019 back to fresh and tasty. Don't like the wait time the past times I've been, it is still not good expect like 20-30 min to get food. The new peach empanadas are very good but super small for that price!!!! 8/2019 Usually very good and fresh. Will say in the past have had some trouble with the cashier but there always friendly. The street tacos are hit or miss, one day full of flavor the next not so much. One thing that does upset me is sometimes they put just enough meat the next barely enough to even taste. I did not like the Pancakes, glad I only paid 1$. Won't get again. Think I'ma take a break from this place for a bit. 6/2019 Food had been fresh and super flavorfull!!!!! 6/2018 Definitely improved, fajita taco was great, brisket taco was dry. Will be trying again. Past: Not impressed at all. Ordered 6 tacos. The breakfast tacos were ok just needed more meat in them. The fajita in the taco were great but not on a cold tortilla. Have had experience in different locations, hope there beter next time. Went thru Drive thru
