After less than positive experiences in the past, we decided to give this location another shot. That was a mistake. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our mobile order, apparently due to one order of fries and Door Dash orders having priority. Yes, you read that correctly, we were told point blank that Door Dash orders were more important than customers waiting outside.
By the time we finally received our food, it was cold, soggy, and nasty. Pictured below is one of the burgers from our order, mine unfortunately. Thanks Sonic, you must strive hard to be this bad.

Only Rating one star because I can’t choose less. I’m a single mother. Today I happened to be very sick, but drove my son to get him some food because I didn’t have the energy to grocery shop then cook. After about 30 minutes, the screen at our stall said someone was on the way with our order. 15 minutes later, I buzz them to ask about the status of my order and they said it hadn’t been prepared yet. Waited another 10 minutes watching one of the workers just mopping in the same spot over and over. When I walked up to cancel my order and get a refund, they said my order was sitting right there. They brought it out and the shake was melted, the fries were cold cold, and the cheese on my grilled cheese wasn’t melted anymore. When the employee brought my food out, all she said was “here’s your food”. No apology for the wait or any explanation. I never write reviews, but this place deserves new management and if I didn’t already have a decent paying job with benefits, I would be happy to show them what hard work looks like. Get your stuff together, Sonic.

My visit to Sonic on 2-26-22 today was terrible ‼️😔😠😡 We waited 45 minutes on our breakfast order. We was in the drive up waiting, finally we seen the car hop worker bringing everyone else food out except ours. So we holler at her to come over and we asked her why is it taking so long for our order, she said her Co Worker told her we drove off. On 7/7/22 we drove up to and parked in space number 7 about mid day. Our party of three got our order together and pressed the button to indicate we were ready to order food. We sat there over ten minutes waiting to be acknowledged by an employee from inside and to give our order. I watched servers walk around the parking lot and chat with other customers while we were totally ignored. After wating ten minutes with no response from anyone inside, we backed out and went to another restaurant where we were served promptly and very courteously.
I don't live around here so I've never been to this Sonic before. But even if I did....I wouldn't come back.
UPDATE....on 7/11/22 I got what looks like an automated response from either the owner or from Sonic's headquarters. But as I proceeded to read more negative reviews about this location, I realize the problem has been ongoing for some time and most likely will never be corrected. If it has gone on this long the franchisee needs to lose his business and Sonic headquarters should either take it over and operate it properly or shut it down and fire everyone allegedly "working" there.

My order took an hour which I did online before sitting there. I ordered 3 slushes & 3 pretzels. Employee was yelling and cussing at a customer in front of everyone. Came all the way out they store almost made it to her car! Apparently that's how the employee felt the need to handle the situation at that time which most likely could NOT have been over food. I patiently waited n finally a guy with dreads came to my car and asked did I need something. I told him that my order had been ready that I did it online and he went to check n came bk out pretty quickly compared to what all has already occured. I still tipped him but im sure I wont be back because that could have been worse and my children where with me and boy were there some questions. Very poor service, management, food was cold n drinks were NOT slushes anymore that's for sure!

Husband ordered 2 slushies. He was given 2 limeades. He caught it immediately and made them *correct* it. HIS slushie was correct. Mine wasn't. I ordered a strawberry. I got a strawberry lemon that was absolutely nasty and got thrown away. We won't be back. We will use the Jordan Lane location. This wasn't the first time our orders have been screwed up but it is the last time at your location.

I really hate leaving bad reviews because I understand that no one is perfect, but I have the same issue with the exact same order almost every time. We order through uber eats, and literally 4 times we have ordered a foot long coney PLAIN, it arrived with everything on it. UE refunded the item, but that's not really the point. We don't have a car, which is why we occasionally order food for delivery. We all know this sonic is slow as hell, so if we just waited 45 minutes to an hour for delivery, ordering again seems pretty pointless. It's not that hard to just read the ticket the first time.

3rd time having issues with this location using mobile order. My order "never comes through" even though I can see it and it's been taken out of my bank account. Definitely will be going to the Jordan lane location from now on. Rude employees as well.
