They forgot multiple items as a part of combos, including drinks and Bo rounds. This is understandable as mistakes happen, but when we mentioned it, the person said “well the receipt said…” so we pulled away from the driveway to read the receipt and check our bags. The items were on the receipt, just not in the bag. Went back, nicely informed them of our missing items, only to be met with hostility. It was undeserved. Learn basic respect and customer service skills.

The dinning room is closed, the drive thru crew is awful! Our oven has been broke so we have been eating breakfast out several times a week for the last few weeks. They give unsweet tea when you ask for sweet tea, no straws, biscuits are hit or miss when it comes to freshness, borounds are fried stuck together so they only get half done. They need to find people who care about quality and customer service. Repeatedly disappointing 😞

I ordered a sixty piece wing platter a week ago and when I went to pick up my order, the wings weren't on an actual platter. They were in three small boxes. The wings tasted very good but they were smaller than usual. The manager should specify that the wings will be in boxes and not on a platter.

Good food, friendly manager, and most surprising was the pleasant atmosphere. Classical music played over the sound system and the interior design was unlike I'd ever seen from a fast food restaurant.
