Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Long line, which is good for a business. But a business should also be able to handle the amount of food going out the door. When I got to order my food. The had only one side to choose. Only spicy chicken, and out of some of the meals. I'm not complaining at all. The food wasn't bad. But manager needs to train staff on how to keep up with the rush of people coming to order. I would have loved to enjoy the food I originally intended to order.

I used to love Popeyes but the last several times the food has just been mediocre. Biting into fat on tenders or just a bad piece of meat almost every time and they took onion rings a long time ago which I've still been bitter about.. they did finally get some honey mustard which is pretty good but it doesn't help when you bite into a pure piece of fat in a tender.... Disgusting..

The food was great buuuut... we waited 20 min in line before the speaker 10 minutes before we were greater paused in the middle of our order even though we both ordered #1's, 1 with coke and 1 with diet coke. Total time 45 minutes and there were 3 cars in front of ours. Having worked in food service off and on since I was 16, seeing 3 employee's outside smoking irritated me a bit. They're always slammed and super slow, they need way more staff! . People need to apply and help them out!

We sat at the restaurant for an hour and placed an online order. Got to the speaker and told them my name for the order. Waited for two more cars and got to the window. I was asked to pay again which I did online. Then was told that they had no chicken sandwiches. Couldn't even cancel my order. If this was 10 minutes I wouldn't have been mad. An hour was too long to wait for this mediocre food.

When I got there and headed inside it said dinning room closed, i looked inside and saw a couple of people walking around. So I went and got in my car for the drive thru. I sat and waited for 31 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. Sat there and finally pulled up to the window to order lights inside still on but no people now. I know this place is super slow from going there before. All in all I'll be going to fayettville for popeyes from now on, had all I can stand of this store now. I hope the owner or store manager reads this.
