By far the best Longhorn I've been to in regards to service, flavor, server attentiveness and speed (once seated). They do appear to be working short-staffed but won't take on more than they can handle (you'll notice some empty booths on certain days) but I honestly prefer it this way. Wait times for seating can be crazy on weekends but the food is always worth the wait. My go-to for steaks in all of Huntsville.

Great place for some western cookin'.. staff was friendly and got our meal quickly. A bit salty but that's everything in Alabama. Good stuff! Mac & Cheese is to die for!!!!!

Really sweet staff! Sweet tea wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet and not barely sweet either so it was perfect! I got the strawberry and grilled chicken salad I believe it was called.

Lunch menu is decent value. Good steaks. I had steak salad and it didn’t have as much steak as I expected. Lunch time on Friday was very thin crowd. Server seemed to be distracted or disengaged. Good value. Good bread. Easy and safe parking.

I was visiting Huntsville for a day trip with a friend of mine! We decided to go to LongHorn Steakhouse to have a steak! After getting in and looking at the menu, I decided that I would try something different.🤔 I ordered the chop steak, cream potatoes and caesar salad. My friend ordered a hamburger and brussel sprouts. He said his food was good and the brussel sprouts was seasoned to perfection! My food was great! I didn't have any issues at all. The chop steak was magnificent! 👍💯My server was wonderful! So, overall I was very satisfied with the entire experience!💯👍

Out for an early evening date with the wife. We ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms as appetizer, wife said they were some of the best we've ever gotten at a restaurant. Steaks were good as order and were delicious.

Food was excellent. Prices higher than last time I have been. But most restaurants are. Steaks cooked just right. Great taste. Had baked sweet potato, seemed a little tough at first but once I got it broken up it was great. Had tossed salad as well. It was a large size compared to other steakhouses. Service was good.
