Most of the time I'm happy with going here. This visit my BLT was not toasted and barely had enough chicken salad on it for half the sandwich. Are you downsizing the portions? If so how much extra for a full sanwich?? Everything else was fine, just did not notice till I made it back to work. Honestly this surprised me.

Great food and wide variety. I don't personally eat chicken salad, but I come for the Turkey Club, their broccoli salad, and their addicting frosted cookies. Very nice employees as well. However, the last 2 times I have come, they have made my order incorrectly, which is why I didn't give them a 5th star. I will still be back but hope the food mistakes get better.

Meh... would be better if they could guarantee that they have a full menu. 80% of the time, they are out of a certain type of bread, or chicken salad, or bacon or their toaster is broken. 5 star restaurant on paper and 3 stars IRL.

I had a great experience at this establishment for my first time! I had the Dixie Chick BLT on a croissant with the broccoli and cheese soup, and it was very tasty! I will definitely be back to try the other types of chicken salad! Make sure to check this place out on your travels through the Deep South!

I try a new flavor of chicken salad every time we eat here. I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, and try to get your order to you in a reasonable time frame.

First time and loved it! The line was almost out the door and we waited less than 5 minutes.

I had an issue with my order like 3 months ago. Called and spoke to a manager about it went in today about getting my meal replaced and I had actually spoke on the phone to some to the manger about it but the staff was aware a remember me. They were the easiest to deal with. I really didn't expect anything accident happen but the staff is always so friendly.

The food and atmosphere is amazing! The only thing i wish is that the portions were a little big bigger, but the fact that i want more of it just goes to show how good it really is!!
