My expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised! I was not in the mood for a whole pizza, which is what I normally order but since it's Friday I didn't really want leftovers to carry over to Saturday. While perusing over the app I found a special for a personal pizza with soda for under $8, perfect! I placed the order and in less than 20 minutes, lunch was ready.
I didn't check my order, the cashier was very pleasant, attentive and friendly so I was at ease. When I got home I opened the box and wow, they made the pizza, mind you a personal 8 inch .. perfect! I got the all-meat option which has the choice of 5 meat toppings and I ordered the pizza well done. The pizza was well done, I love the cheese a little burned. The toppings were generously portioned; and for a brief moment I thought I ordered the pizza low carb crustless. No, there was a crust but the weight of the toppings was too much for it!
Story short, I gobbled the pizza and was very satisfied! I think I found my current under $10 lunch favorite. Gustoso!
Side note: I was in the parking lot waiting for my order and their delivery guy came out and placed an order in the trunk of his car. He went back inside the restaurant. I was walking in the restaurant 20 minutes later when we crossed paths at the door; I was picking up my order and he was finally leaving to deliver his.
I had a great experience with Papa John's customer service. I called to make a change to my order and the representative was very helpful and friendly. She made the change quickly and easily and my order was perfect.
Their pizzas are worthy for the price. Always tastes good. I called in advance to pick up quickly. And when I got there, it was ready. But the lady was almost forgot to give me the drinks. But I remembered. I took a menu picture only but she said I am not allowed. I needed the menu, though. And she was a little angry and told me to look up the website. Smart lady. Sorry for the picture.
Best pizza for the price. They always use lots of cheese and the dough is tasty.
This is the best HB pizza!! Pizza hut is okay, the domino's on beach blvd has bad service. The Papa John's in HB is awesome!!! Product is so good and always arrives hot. Service is awesome, experience is impeccable. You guys rock. I hope more people experience your services. Thank you!! Not just a fluke as we've ordered a few times now :) this is my go to from now on.
Great pizza! The employees seem like nice people. The back area where the food is appears very clean too. Whenever i am here i see employees wash their hands every time they go between anything and making food so I'm comfortable with them making it cause I'm kinda pedantic when it comes to people making my food having clean hands even if they don't touch it directly.
They were awesome delivered right on time. I normally don't do reviews but I thought they deserved an honest review and looking back at the last few reviews I was expecting a terrible experience these guys not only surpassed my expectations but helped me order with ease. As a matter of fact I was afraid of being overcharged or maybe being treated rudely because i didn't know what i wanted... They were patient and gave me a promotional discount that saved me over $25!! My roommates were stoked to save! Haha and so was I. Great service. I will be ordering Papa Johns from now on they aren't rude and pushy like the other guys lol
I live close to another Papa John's but rather drive to this one - better pizza and more importantly the employees, always ready on time and greeted with a smile! Worth the extra time in my book.
Bought the Shawq large pizza for $13 bucks, worth every penny, extra pepperoni and cheese! Very tasty !
Good quick pizza not too expensive.
