Very American Chinese. The mapo tofu was standard. The vegetable egg foo yung had plenty of veggies and a tasty sauce. Slightly better than steam table places.

I love this place for my elderly boss. The restaurant is decorated cute and it's usually a nice quiet and reliable option for American Chinese food.
We’ve been going to The Great Wok for years and we enjoy everything we purchase, every time. Everyone we bring to the restaurant or take out they love the food too. Thank you for cooking such delicious food.
This restaurant is an undiscovered treasure. It's been in the mall over 30 years. The food and service ate great and I've never had to wait to be seated. Hope this review doesn't make it so crowded I can't get in

Always exceptional. I live local and when my Chinese food cravings kick in, this is where I'm walking to. I usually place through Seamless or call in orders and I have never had an issue. My orders are always as I order and no missing items. It is usually the same male or female worker when I pick up.
As a former restaurant worker, manager and restaurateur I feel bad for the poor and poorly written reviews left for this place. Irrational. "..been coming to this place, but..."...Okay, one time you came something was off so let's give them 1 star, logical. "..Good food..too expensive". 1-star?!?! Welcome to Huntington Harbor in Huntington Beach in 2022?! This isn't fast food, it is an actual restaurant. Go to a fast casual restaurant if you don't want to spend money, or learn to cook.
It's good. Service is good. My orders are to go and they are very quick and accurate taking your orders. I usually get the broccoli beef and chicken chow mein and love it.
Delicious! Highly recommend this place. The entrees are great, but they all we’ll round your meal with fresh rice and chow mein. Get the cream cheese wontons! Oh, and portions are big!
Just ordered take out and done on time and the food is so good. Small leak of the curry on the way home, bag kept it all in but everything was excellent.
Great food, great service. Been here dozens of times. It’s a hidden gem in the shopping center. Recommend the Orange Chicken, Pepper Chicken, Kung Pao, and Beef Broccoli
Not greasy or too salty. Some of the best Chinese we've had in a while! Highly reccomend:)
