The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with staff or my order. Awesome customer service! Other El Pollo Loco locations can definitely learn from this location!

Like their chicken- it is consistently good at this location on Brookhurst. Today I tried their mixed (dark & light meat) and sides. All were happy with their meal and it satisfied the dietary needs of someone in our group who has dietary concerns and it able to eat some of their food with no modifications.

The restaurant supervisor by the name Rehman is extremely professional friendly and welcoming. He was very helpful when I was ordering and extremely polite. The employee by the name Tyler is also a great and respectful employee.

This restaurant has fast service! I got my food under 3 minutes. The food was great. The employees were nice . The area was clean . Great survive!

They now have a keto burrito! Only 6 net carbs and I'm in heaven 😍 Went through the drive thru and the service was amazing! Think they were training a newbie and the kid was a sweetheart.

This is one of the best location for if you want fresh and juicy chicken . Staff is always friend and smiling .

Service was a little slow with the ordering and getting the food but hey, everyone has a rough day. Not a problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, my favorite and most important part was the food and that burrito I had was FIRE! I loved it and almost came back lol
