One of our favorites pizzas around. You can get two slices of any pizza and a drink for 6$$$ or one slice and a salad for 6$$$. They let people write on the walls which makes for a cool vibe inside the restaurant. It only seats about 8 people but they have more tables outside. One large cheese pizza will run you about $20. #LOCALGUIDES

My wife and I have tried just about every pizza place in southern CA because we are from NY. Nobody comes close to LA Rocco's. Everyone we've taken there agrees that is the best pizza.
Place is so amazing, have had pizza coast to coast,from higher end to low key mom and pop shops and this by far is on my top 3 EVER!!!!! SO AUTHENTIC NYC, from the cheese,sauce and most importantly.................the dough/crust! I don't know their secret but it's legit east coast pizza on the west coast. Keep up the great work guys,doing it proud!
Living in the neighborhood, I finally stopped in to order a gyro to go. I make most of my own food, but a classic gyro can't really be made properly at home. It was delicious! What I liked most is that it wasn't a salt bomb like many seem to be. The plethora of fresh veggies and thick tzatziki balanced out the rich, salty, tasty meat perfectly. The pita was very fresh. I will definitely return and recommend. Also love supporting a local, family-run business!
My experience at tuba gyros and pizza was the most sublime thing that has happened to me within the last five years of my exsistence. When I entered the restaurant I instantly felt the warm embrace of the people inside. The first bite of pizza was like heaven on earth, my insides flamed with the alluring energy the the place emitted.
La Rocco's Pizza is the bomb!
I've been eating there since they originally opened on PCH Downtown.
I like the new location on 11th street way better as far as convenience.

Fresh pizza and their mild sauce are delish! Quick and friendly service. Casual outdoor seating. I didn't care personally for their hot wing sauce but the ranch was yummy.
Best NY pizza in town, in Socal. Buy by the slice or their $6 combo 2 slices, plus a drink or swap 2nd slice for a mixed green salad (sold somewhere else for $6 just a salad). Family owned. Been going here since they were on DTHB & PCH. I been showing this place to all the people i know, and they all agreed it's the best. Try their white pizza or artichokes.
