Food was good. Definitely coming here again.
Service was good. I think the front house/ hostess didn't communicate and someone else got seated before us. No biggie.
Side dish we had ordered didn't arrive until the end of our meal. I think it was a miscommunication again. No biggie.
We would still come again. We loved being able to bring our puppers. That's a huge plus for me.
Super cool staff, brunette server (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was really sweet and positive despite having a lot of tables to serve!:) Food is pretty good and the vibe is mellow, the waiters don’t rush you with the bill like many other places. Can be a little slow but the view definitely makes up for it.
Kathy May’s is set in the most beautiful location. As you sit on their outdoor patio, your view is over a pond filled with interesting birds. Across the lake is an equestrian center so you also see beautiful horses.
The restaurant has a warm setting that fits perfectly into the engaging park.
Dogs 🦮are allowed on the patio and they are happy to play with the other dogs in the park. The park trails are close by.
Regarding the food, it’s classic good omelette, eggs, muffins, etc. To be truthful, I love the view more than the food but the experience of dining with friends and the view is priceless.
The breakfast menu has lots of options with good service.
April is one of the most hard-working and friendly people in this town! She is so sweet and down to earth! Even though she's very busy and working her heart out, she will always take a minute to stop and talk with a customer or answer questions etc. She makes this place feel like home. I wish the world was full of people like her who added to the good and took from the bad. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is beautiful and the customer service is outstanding! The prices are reasonable and all the staff are helpful and busy. Tony works very hard and is very efficient. They welcome dogs Even putting out treats and bowls for water. 🤙🏼 This is by far one of the best if not the best breakfast place in Orange county. 💯
One of my favorite secret spots. Love their breakfast. The staff and owner are friendly. Service is very good. Dogs are allowed. Beautiful lakeside view.
The Rib Eye Steak was good. The Club sandwich and Peach Cobbler Pie were delicious as well. The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this place.
This is such a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or lunch! The view is fantastic and the food is super good. The service is always friendly and fabulous. I enjoyed the California Omlette. It is delicious along with the home fried potatoes. The servings are large so go with a hearty appetite! Bon Apetito! We also saw pelicans in the lake!
Our yearly Mothers Day breakfast was excellent as always. They don't take reservations, but if you get there early there is no problem getting a table.
What a great place to enjoy breakfast and then let kids play in the park! Our waiter was fantastic, and the food was really good! We’ll be back!
Cute restaurant in a beautiful and quiet location. Great view of the lake in Central Park. Prices are the same as any other breakfast place (always too high in my opinion). Good food though. #LOCALGUIDES
