Fantastic place to eat, location, service, prices, food quality is absolutely great.
Not all locations are created equal. Not quite the "foodie" thing to do to review a chain restaurant like Polly's, right? Well, I've been going to this place for years, and this location in particular is fantastic. The sweet senior citizen lady hostess who finds your table starts your meal off right. She gives great recommendations. Order whatever she suggests, you won't regret it. Last time I went she recommended the german pork chops with kraut and potato pancakes, something I would never order on my own. It was the best plate of comfort food I've had in a long time. I left happy and hardly spent any money. I'll be back again and again.

We bought pies here a couple of times and they were pretty good. We enjoyed our visits to this spot, and would recommend visiting it. The personnel is also nice and attentive.
With the restaurant closed for renovation, we look forward to the remodel and patio dining. The Popup a few doors away was a pleasant idea and had to get an appie pie, all natural small batch made and box of blueberry muffins. Surprisingly, I should have read the label closer, the blueberry muffins have artificial flavors. My error and wife pushed them away. More for me.
How have I forgotten about Polly’s for so many years?? We used to come to this location when I was in kindergarten, and I swear it hasn’t changed AT ALL since then. However, that’s a really great thing in this case. Their food is fantastic - big portion sizes, decent pricing, and amazing taste and variety. Service is so good and we’ve really connected with some of the staff there. Don’t sleep on this gem from your past just because it’s under appreciated!

The for 2 starshe only reason on atmosphere. There are some new friendly faces, but there was a new female manager there today that was telling one of the servers, whay was she putting so much champagne into the bottomless mimosas. Then it looked like she was having a talk with another manager, in view of the customers. If she would have helped out the servers instead and got drink orders taken for them, then i think things would have been a lot smoother.
This is the second time a been here and first time me and my mother came in for just a pie and it was so delicious and the coffee omg one of the best I’ve had in a long time the service is what really wanted me two come back I went back today and I had some food this time and the freshness blew me away and my server also was so caring so nice honestly the service and hospitality and the food are very very good my server was awesome I didn’t catch his name but he works here has short brown hair I would give you 10 stars if I could love this place thank you !
An excellent restaurant to bring your family. They have wonderful fresh pies and the chicken fried steak is delicious. Vegetarian options are available and the grilled zucchini and squash was seasoned well and was not mushy like you get at other restaurants. I look forward to coming back to try the breakfast menu.
Had breakfast today after a life celebration for my son at Newport Beach.....the awesome lady that helped us with our orders was awesome! Jeanie made my our day ..made us laugh..which I know I needed...She was awesome! I hope we can go back soon! Thanks!👍
It's good. Breakfast is always good. Don't get mimosas, over priced and bad champagne that was flat.
The food is good and the cinnamon rolls are so soft and fluffy with a lot of cinnamon and glaze. The server's are also super nice and sweet love them.
