Best eggs Benedict I've ever had! They sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar, salt, and pepper on the ham, but I ask them to sprinkle it over the entire dish, including on the eggs and potatoes too. Also their French Toast is great. It comes with a side of mascarpone and syrup for a perfect finishing touch. Their coffee is great. Also they have two kinds of stools to sit on. Watch out, the bicycle stools are the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on.
Fantastic experience. It was busy but staff were still attentive and although I thought the service was faat, they said up-front that there might be a delay with food coming out. I thought this very considerate.

We’re a foodie family and are very hard to please. I had the salmon eggs Benedict, and it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The french toast is to die for. We went twice during our five day trip. The owner is also lovely. A*
So good!! My boyfriend has the best french toast of his life, and I had the best salmon eggs Benedict that ever has had the fortune to exist. They do not skimp out on salmon, and the bread it's served on is like a gentle garlic bread. The flat white was also really yummy! The side house potatoes were crispy and seasoned. The waitress (blonde, had a messy bun, didn't catch her name) was chill, attentive, super friendly, and food service was prompt. I would highly recommend this place.
Delicious food, cozy, with a mellow, laid back, eclectic vibe. California vegetable frittata was incredibly flavorful, yet light, and the zebra latte was everything you want in a chocolate latte. Worth the wait!

I ate the Ciabatta Benedict. They put cheese in the hollandaise sauce and it is delicious! Eggs were cooked perfectly. The chai latte was very good as well.

Came down to Huntington Beach for a couple of days and found this awesome spot! If you like Eggs Benedict, this is the place for you. Unlike a traditional Benedict that uses either Bernaise or Hollondaise, they use a cheese sauce that is very similar. I had a dirty chai and the rest of my party had lattes. I love the ambiance of the caffe and the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely come back again!
Friendly staff, great small steampunkish vibe. Definitely get the Smoked Salmon Benedict. If going on the weekend try around 9:30am to beat the brunch rush. Definitely recommend this spot.
Ignore all other cafes in town. Best lattes, delicious food, and super-friendly service.
