Great place to go for a big hearty breakfast!!! Huge selection of massive omelets - my favorite is the California. Big avocado halves, bacon, turkey, smothered in cheese. You won't leave hungry!
Greatest breakfasts around, would recommend any of the omelets except the crab.
What's not to like, huge menu selection & for the "jelly" anything that has PB& J on the menu is two thumbs up for me: p
The Late Night Diner. Harbor House Café is 24-7 good food. Use to go there a lot in the old days after a party night at the "Red Onion" Still good food all times at night.
Great place to go near the beach for a reasonable price at any time...day or night. They have just about anything you could possibly think of on the menu and great desserts to boot ;)
I just had an amazing diner entre. Location is great and I expected to have to pay a premium for eating so close to the beach but was surprised by the price an quality. Bring apitite tho it is a lot of food. It was fresh and tasty of good quality. A local gem

Must stop here. When at the beach, have to eat here. can go anytime of day and night. I usually get an omlete or burger- with avacado on both of them. Pure delight.

Chorizo is nice & spicy. Food is good, with huge portions. Busy place, but worth the wait. Breakfast potatoes are fried, but are crumbled. not hash browns (a plus in my eyes).
We’ve been coming here for years as the service is always fast and food is delicious. It’s usually packed as the space is small with limited parking. Our favorites are the patty melt and the omlettes which are large.
Food: I I ordered the beef dip with onion rings, and a chocolate shake. The beef dip was a large portion and the meat was quite juicy and tender. Though, the onion rings could have had a little bit more flavor but I ate them with a smile. There's two sizes of shakes, a large and small. The small is a perfect size, served in a classic manner, in metal mix container.
Service: The staff was polite, friendly, and accurate with my order. Checked up on me a couple of times to see if everything was perfect.
Final thought: This restaurant is right by the beach, a 2 minute walk. A classic diner with plenty of American choices. Not my first time and it won't be my last.
This place has been around a long time. For a while, it wasn't so good. I came back recently and brought my teenage daughter. We ordered breakfast. Service was great and friendly. She thought the pancakes were really good. She especially likes the atmosphere because it reminded her of the diner in Seinfeld.

This place is a landmark, and should forever be treated as such. Used to go here in High School when it was 24-hours and there was still smoking on the patio (Rudy was always our server). There was always a wait, no matter when you went. Back in the 90s, there were always famous people popping in and as teenagers, we'd sometimes go to just look at people. Classic diner food and always made to order. The photos and artifacts on the walls are something you could look at for days and never see everything.
This authentic American diner was stood out on food and interior. This restaurant is decorated with pictures, drawings, uniforms and much history in this place. I tried country steak fried, they put white sauce on top of it and it was so delicious. The portion of the food is filled me up so much I had to take other food to go.
My friends and I came more than 20miles away from this place and I would definitely come back here for their food again!
Hands down one if not the best diners you will encounter. Even something as a veggie burrito comes with great presentation and taste. Have it with their chili cheese fries and a shirley temple. Burgers are just as delicious as well. Onion rings reach a caliber of peak diner deliciousness. What else is there to say? Sundaes and other desserts are truly delicious there. The atmosphere is very cozy and pleasant if you love looking at celebrity photos and posters on walls from all eras and just spotting all the other pieces of american diner deco. It's just a perfect eatery.
Harbor House is the place to go for that midnight breakfast craving. Extremely iconic restaurant here in Sunset Beach, HB.
You can't go wrong with their Dever Omelet, their house-made chili, or a French Dip.
