Nalley Fresh

This place is the chipotle of salads. There are at least 50 different options of what you can get on your salad or wrap. 6 different types of lettuce/greens. Numerous toppings ranging from regular salad toppings to different meats and grains, to seeds, caramelized nuts, gorilla strips, slaw, etc. At least 15 different dressings. All for no extra cost. You get a huge customized salad for about $8 bucks. You can get a small salad and soup for the same price. All toppings are included. So delicious and worth the price. My new favorite place.

Placed a delivery order through DoorDash and I receive the worst meal I’ve ever gotten from Nalley fresh. I actually ordered double protein and there was barely enough to fill to Fork fulls. Most of the dinner ended up as greens 2/3 of the ingredients that were supposed to be included were forgotten. I understand we all have bad days but when I called to address it nothing was done when I tried to communicate with DoorDash they were also unwilling to respond. Thankfully there are many other options in the area that offer delicious and affordable healthy food.

Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe I ordered the wrong thing but this build your own bowl turns out to be just a regular salad. I was hoping for great flavor from the grilled chicken but it taste like the processed chicken from the Giant's salad bar. Yes the veggies are fresh but nothing special or flavorful that made my tastebuds want to return...

I can't speak to the food but I placed an online order at 8:15 am for a12:30 pm pickup. At 12:39 I called to let them know I was there and at 12:49 I was still waiting. I couldn't wait any longer because I had to go back to work so I called the store and a young lady told me if I want a refund I have to find the number of the company that is affiliated with them and is in charge of placing online orders. I looked them up and couldn't find any customer service number so I called back to talk to a manager who was very gracious and apologetic and who took care of my refund over the phone. Unfortunately for me I have no Lunch today.
