Outback Steakhouse

The main thing I love about franchises is it’s always consistent. Whenever I know that I want a certain meal and I wanted to taste the exact same way it last time I go to outback steakhouse I love their 6 ounce steak loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus and it tastes the same every single time. And the drinks are always exactly the same. The staff here is a great never had a problem here always clean usually seated right away and very friendly staff.

You’d think working locally, and especially surrounded by business parks and office buildings, and in hunt valley this outback would hold it self to a high standard. Making it a point to go out to a nice business lunch instead of bringing food from home would be nice, atmosphere, food, service you know, a standard restaurant experience? Well this Outback is the opposite. Bad music, the bar TV has a screensaver on? The service was non existent. Food took half an hour and when it got here? Mediocre. Burnt to a literal crisp shrimp was like eating cigarette butts. Steak over cooked (ordered medium) and dry noodles, it’s Alfredo where’s the frikkin sauce? Bad news for a seasonal special too you’d think it would be, special right, being THE SPECIAL. Bartender was more preoccupied with chatting real close with his buddy than serving the rest of the bar. I was here 1.5 hours and was offered a refill on my drink once. Didn’t get bread, didn’t even offer it. Fire that bartender. Don’t waste your time or money here, pick iron rooster or even Texas roadhouse, you’ll at least have a good time with guaranteed better service and food.

Arrived during Friday dinner rush. Although there was a (very reasonable) wait, we were greeted as we entered & seated quicker than expected. Sat at a booth in the bar area and Marque took our drink order right away. She suggested we try her “favorite drink,” and we ordered. The cocktail was exceptional and although the bar was quite busy, we received wonderful collaborative service! What a great team of servers and runners! We noticed how several staffers took the time to check on all of the tables while Marque served the very busy bar. She brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me and took care to ensure we were enjoying our meal and verify that everything was to our liking. Great job to the whole team, but especially Marque! Next time we visit we will certainly order the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade again! Excellent suggestion, Marque. We appreciate all of the staff for a wonderful dinner!

I have had steak at a lot of different places. Outback steakhouse is definitely my favorite steak. This location is great. We’ve always been seated right away the staff is always very good to us our food comes out perfect and it’s always consistent. This is one thing I love about franchise chains. The food is always consistent in the same each and every time. Great location highly recommended.

Leyla was an incredible waitress. I explained when I arrived that my anxiety is really bad and she completely understood! She made me feel super comfortable dining alone and although I wanted to do things a little differently she was super flexible and welcoming!!! Thank you so much to Leyla and the Outback team for always providing such great service and a welcoming environment!!! I will definitely be dining again with the hopes of receiving Leyla as my waitress!

This was the first time I went out and got dinner by myself. But right when I was seated I felt comfortable. Sam D made me feel so comfortable! And brought the food out with the quickness. Best experience I’ve had so far!! Thank you for making my solo night out with myself so great! I will definitely be back.

Thank you to the Outback Steakhouse family. I got of work and just wanted some good wings. My brother pick up my mother and me . The we headed to Hunt Valley. We got there was great by a nice young lady . Then she gave us a great table. The waiter was on point . When I return from washing my hands . He was there ready take care of us. He came right back with the drinks. Then he took our appetizer order .Other people came in and he took care of them as well . Then he returned with two orders of wing's. Hat off to the cook wings were on point. He put in our main order. The food was brought later. Everyone enjoyed there meal . Thank for a nice atmosphere your staff was very nice . Tell AJ he deserves 10 ⭐'s . Thank you for taking care of my family and I. He took care of us like family. So keep up the good work .
