So light in texture and the glaze is creamy that it melt in your mouth .All the favors are great a must Try.

Everyone should already know that they are the best donuts. If you don't, then get you some! Look for the hot sign. When it's lit, the freshman ones are ready.

The donuts were delicious, including their limited time pumpkin ones! My only issue was just the drinks we received; the syrups were all settled down at the bottom of our coffees, so we had to mix it heavily to get it to what we wanted 😅 Besides that, the food was great!

We LOVE Krispy Kreme. We stopped in today to buy 3 dozen donuts for our teacher teams. We really wanted to get the mixed variety with a coupon but it was good one day only, so we ended up with 3 dozen plain. As always, they tasted heavenly. Our only real "issue" was how long it took to get our order taken and then prepared and we were the only ones in the store at the time. But, it was 6:00 a.m.so, I don't think they are super staffed for counter orders that early.

I came when the light was on. So the donuts were nice and fresh! I also ordered the watermelon 🍉 frozen drink, and they were out. I ended up ordering the strawberry, and it was delicious! Great customer service!

Around 8:10pm every week few times I get donuts from them. Those are always warm and just come out of oven. Delicious and tasty. My kids love them in the morning

Unfortunately Krispy Creme has CLOSED their Katy location and driving 39 miles across town is redundant and costly gas/tolls etc. The closed Katy location had a Manager named "Pam". She was the entire reason for me and my family being such a "regular". When we finally took the long drive out to Humble I couldn't believe that our beloved long lost FAVORITE Krispy Kreme Manager was the 1st face we saw! Great customer service is hard to find and a clean/stocked/consistent donut shop is even harder! "Pam" really keeps things running smoothly and has always made my family feel welcome and appreciated.

A+ customer service! Tasty selection of donuts and incredible customer service that went above and beyond! After making my selection, I returned to my car which refused to start - dead battery! 2 women who work here (and a bystander) jumped my car battery using their own jumper cables and their expertise (I knew nothing about jumping my vehicle and didn’t even have jumper cables.). They were kind and “jumped” right to it. I am so appreciative and, by the way, this Kreme-filled donut is the best I’ve ever had!

The donuts were moust and delicious. My only complaint: the fillings were almost non existent. I choose filling over glazed for a reason and it didn't hit that spot. Very disappointing, but I'm hoping this isn't a common thing. I'll be back. The original glazed donuts don't have that problem though. I would love to see more flavors in the original glazed with fillings.

We Love this Place. Melt in your Mouth when Hot & Fresh. We drive from Magnolia to HWY 6 & the location was closed, then we drove to Humble while some were doubting being worth the almost 2 hr drive, but after the 1st bite they were Happy we did
