This place knows customer service. Always polite & welcoming. They aren't sitting on their phones or complaining. This Jack-in-the-Box is always a good choice!

They always forget to give out napkins and usually never give out sauces unless you ask. Sometimes it seems like the employees just don’t care. For some reason this location is so slow as well. All I can say is at least the food is good, we still return to this location.

Just left the drive thru and wanted to leave a positive review. The cashier who took my order did an outstanding job. Coming from a guy who managed a Chick-fil-A for 5 years, she listened really well, upsold and was very friendly. At the window she offered condiments and although we had masks on I could tell she was smiling. Its very nice to see someone with a positive attitude. Overall very impressed and the food was also fresh and delicious!
