I go often to get the $5 pollo bowl combo . It’s the perfect meal for only 5 , the staff is sweet . The manager checks in on me when I dine in. Definitely my favorite fast food

My family and I will try to eat some food from Pollo Loco everytime we visit Texas. I wish Pollo Loco was in every state including Georgia.

After having to wait in line for about 10 minutes to order the manager made our first experience here great. Food was tasty and everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back.

Employees need to be trained consistently on customer service. When the app doesn't work, ask a manager, never tell them I don't know. I also waited in the drive thru stuck because of a shift change. Asked if it could be rung up on a counter register, was told no. I filed a complaint with corporate.

Now I did eat my meal entirely but, I had a few issues with it. First off the chicken that I received didn't look anything like the posters in b the restaurant. The portion looked small and overcooked. A bit dry too. The Mac n Cheese was runny with no flavor. Only the mashed potatoes were good. The cashier was very courteous n helpful. I may choose a different location next time.

At location 6114. Food was great, just small portions for price. The young cashier, Michelle, was freaking amazing. I hope the store recognized what a hard worker she is. Give that girl a raise. The guy cooking wow me putting raw chicken on grill and then removing gloves, washing his hands. I gave the store a 4 star review only because trashcan were full and dining room dirty but overall seeing that great services was a good dining out experience. Food was very tasty 😋 👌

Delicious Chicken, Great sides. Love coming here to grab dinner for my family, but it gets pricey. That's the only reason why I don't come here all that much. Another thing is, we've had salons and bars open for months now, Why for some reason the doors to El Pollo Loco are still closed to the public. You can only go through the drive-thru. I love coming in and ordering my food inside, where you can see the food being made. But I can't. :::UPDATE::: they're letting ppl in now, but they're door seems to be broken and I've been there twice until the last month. Get it fixed already.

El Pollo Loco is a hidden gem whose presence might have been hidden by the avalanche of ads by the KFCs and Popeyes of the world. This on the bone fire grilled chicken. You can order any combination of chicken pieces. It’s categorized as ‘fast food’ but don’t be fooled. Yes, it’s served quickly. However, this is a tasty and filling meal. Depending on your appetite- you have a choice of two pieces or as many as half a chicken. Sides includes beans, rice, Mac & cheese or a size salad. Ultimately for $10-13 dollars you can get a filling and well balanced meal. The chicken is seasoned but not spicy. I highly suggest El Pollo Loco if you are in the mood for chicken that’s not fried.
