The Teahouse

I'm writting this review solely on the bubble tea's, I enjoy coming here on Tuesday's for the $2 specials. But we end up coming here also on Friday's due to their quality of tea's, very tasty. The staff is very friendly, place is clean and nice to hang out and do some homework or play some board games, etc. I accidently dropped a tea one time before I was able to take a sip and I was offering to clean it and the staff said no it's okay we got it and asked me if I wanted another one, I offered to pay for it but they said it was okay. The staff made me a customer for life as they shown true customer service. Thank you Guys!!! See you on Tuesdays

Teahouse is my favorite spot to go! Staff are friendly. Always welcoming. The poke bowls are where it’s at! Nothing is better than spicy salmon! My favorite has always been the games and music . Not to loud. Place is always clean to good standers. Always smells fresh inside the store. I love the taro coconut with tapioca!!!! That’s my top favorite!! Along with the mango ice blend and passion fruit. Overall I give it a 5 star!! I RECOMMEND!!!

EDIT to review... If you're not going to offer tofu then take it off the menu - dropped from 5 stars to 4 because from the moment you've had tofu on your menu you've never actually had it. Nice quite place to go, have tried several cream blends and teas, all have been very good. Wish they had a vegetarian option for the poke bowls though.

First visit. The tea taste great. But the server/cashier Tara was very delightful and helpful and greeted us with a friendly smile. She was very informative on the types of drinks they served. It's hard to find employees who treat their customers with such delight. Will happily return when I'm craving some tea again.

Tea with boba (little tapioca balls) is my favorite here Update on Feb/05/2018: they just reopened after having been flooded by Harvey and being closed for 4 months! They now serve Poke, which is a kind of rice bowl (you can choose between brown rice and white rice!) with all kinds of toppings and protein - see pictures. There’s salmon, tuna, scallops, shrimp, kani, etc. Apparently this is a Hawaiian dish, but I never knew! This is brand new, they didn’t use to have that before Harvey...

Great service 9 times out of ten. Amazing teas ranging from hot green tea to tea milk shakes (cream blends). Recently discovered amazing coffee as well. I plan to try their hot cocoa some time. The rewards program is nice, and very simple as well plus if you have a Pokemon Go acount you get a discount on your order. I honestly wish they had opened this place sooner. Would recommend to a friend.
