I love everything about Chick-Fil-A . My granddaughter calls it Chicken-Fil-A. Awesome customer service. We order our meal on the app and it being storming and mean-raining pretty hard but one of the team leaders called me to let me know that the delivery will be delayed until the weather improves..I appreciate that call because it gave me the opportunity to wait or cancel my order.Awesome Team in Humble, Tx., Wilson rd. we love it this place

Xavier he has a excellent service and I can see that he is a very nice Manager in the evening shift. I mean all his staff seem very happy working there and they all very nice and excellent attention to all the customer. I always order DoorDash, but I don't want to receive the chicken sandwich without pickles, that's why I call the store and spoke to Ana [ Manager ] during lunch hour, I told her specifically how I want it and make sure pack my order nicely and seal bag. But she didn't follow my request and the foods was cold. Because didn't put into a plastic bag to keep the temperature. But I'm no longer order during lunch time, because the customer didn't make the phone call for nonothing. McDonald packed very nice and secure the foods. I hope they can improve the bagging the foods.

Simply put, it feels like home away from home. The workers are all friendly, always with a warm smile while attending to their customers. Every where is clean including the restroom. The food is well prepared and tastes good. Kids have their play ground within, so much fun that children are reluctant to leave when parents are done. Most importantly they take care of our police and Ems.

Drive-thru review: They had cones set up to funnel you into the drive-thru lanes where employees were waiting to take your order. I got through it quickly. The only complaint I have is that the menu is not visible until you get to the person that takes your order. I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal and subbed the regular bun with a gluten free bun. The bun came in a separate sealed package. I chose to toast it before building my sandwich and it was very good. The waffle fries were also very good. I have not been inside this particular establishment but the outside looked well kept.
