Hull Jade Restaurant

10/28. UPDATE. Spoke with the owners daughter today and resolved an issues from over a week ago. I felt she was genuine and a professional which was appreciated. She offered a reasonable solution to the prior challenge. I will now order again from this restaurant. 10/24/21? Three out of four times getting delivery from here were fine. Decent food at decent price. Service waseh but for lower price cant be picky. The FOURTH time getting delivery and holy cow the service and experience was the worst. The food showed up after 90 minutes (i was quoted 35-45 minutes). The food was cold and they only gave four pancakes with the mooshi. So i called to see what had happened? Haha the phone person said well next time maybe we dont deliver to you and you have to come in to pick up food. (Wow). Their manager never called me back as she said he would. Very very poor service. So 3 of 4 deliveries were just fine. The woman answering the phones needs a little training. The food is fine

Listen I would give you a four and a half or a five because I really like your food but this is the third time I got home and there's no spicy mustard in the bag are you really saving that much money by not putting mustard in the bag This is ridiculous it's not something I think to ask for but I shouldn't have to ask for it as long as I can remember and anywhere I've gone to eat there's always been sweet and sour sauce and mustard in the bag. It may sound trivial but there's nothing like getting all the way home and realizing that the one thing you really like to have with your food isn't there it's just ruins the whole meal for me.

I have been eating here all through this pandemic. These people are heroes. The food is better than it has ever been, and the precautions surrounding the virus are on point. I saw another reviewer who did not agree about the virus protections. I compel them to return and check it out. Wait outside until the foyer is empty, then go in. I only saw people with masks and gloves.

Great food and service is exceptional. My daughter was such a fan, that we got Chinese food 2 days in a row. I’m from NH and I’m always looking for a good Chinese restaurant to eat at whenever I travel out of NH and Hull Jade was delicious. Lady that took my order was super nice and friendly. Definitely a returning customer when I visit Hull in the near future.

Place is dirty and needs renovation ... women behind counter was handling raw chicken when I picked up my order this weekend then money then back to packing up orders to gon, no gloves or hand wash in between ! Hull BOH ever visits here ? Used to be good ! Very stingy with duck sauce half filled. Chicken fingers not fresh anymore rest of order just ok
