Simple Simon's Pizza

Staff were arguing when I entered the restaurant. Drive-through customers seem to be treated with preference over walk-ins. Price charged is higher than what is listed/displayed. Staff overall could be friendlier. A drink was not included when purchasing a medium sized pizza for ~$16! Waiting time was approximately 20 minutes. Baker had a friendly smile and was nice.

Twice I have tried ordering from this store. The two times I have been met with a rude person either on the phone or in person. The last time I tried ordering over the internet, after I was all done it said sorry you can not place an order at this time. So I went in. Immediately met with opposition. Get nicer people or get out of town. Your manager needs to be replaced too. The coupon on your website says 19.95. HONOR IT! And don't get hostile with your customers you will not last long in a town of 5,000 people.

Simple Simon's in Hugo is truly a marvelous restaurant. Prior to tasting their delicious food, the only thing I could taste after years of chain-smoking cigarettes was the cold metal of my grandfather's shotgun every night after working day in and out of cruddy jobs. But then I tasted the calzones, original, no cheese or sauce, and I was sold! This place restored my faith in humanity and gave me something to look forward to after the hardship of the daily workload. Come to Simple Simon's in Hugo, they are just the best in terms of pizza and valued customer service.
